I woke up with the smell of vanilla and cinnamon wafting around the hotel.

I groaned and rolled out of bed.

I walked into the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. Once I was done I walked into the kitchen.

Aubrey's eyes met mine for a quick moment before she looked away.

We almost never get in big fights. I can't loose one of my bestfriends.

"Come on Aubs." I said with a little smile.

"Don't be mad." I said pleading as she just focused her attention on something else, ignoring me.

"Don't talk to me, slut." She said while hitting her shoulder against mine as she briskly walked out of the room.

My mouth hung open. Aubrey never insulted me.

Even though she only said it because she was mad, It still stung.

I sighed and ran my fingers through my long chocolate brown hair.

I grabbed a bagel and put it in the toaster.

Once it popped out and was golden brown I spread cream cheese on it.

I ate two bagels because I was starving.

I checked twitter while finishing my second bagel.

I went to Taylor's page and starting reading his recent tweets.

"@taylorcaniff: do I really spell tht bad?"

I snorted and rolled my eyes.

"@taylorcaniff: she's perfect"

I felt a blush creep onto my cheeks. I hope I was the one he was talking about.

It probably was about me because he tweeted it last night.

Right then I felt someone snake their arms around my waist from behind me.

Of natural instinct I screamed.

"Shhh." A velvety voice giggled into my ear.

"Taylor! You scared the shit out of me." I said with a sigh.

"I'm sorry." He said sticking his bottom lip out.

I rolled my eyes.

"Wanna come out and get breakfast with me?" He asked nervously.

"I kinda already ate 2 bagels." I said patting my stomach.

"But we can do something else." I added quickly.

I did want to spend some time with him and I didn't want him to think I was blowing him off.

"Okay." He said grinning widely showing his braces.

I felt butterflies in my stomach.

Taylor grabbed my hand and I looked down at our intertwined hands and smiled.

Aubrey walked back into the kitchen and saw us standing there hand in hand.

She bit her lip and walked swiftly back out of the kitchen.

I sighed and Taylor squeezed my hand.

I sent him an apologetic smile.

"So where do you wanna go,beautiful?" He asked, breaking the silence.

"You choose." I said smiling widely. I still couldn't get the picture of Aubrey in so much pain out of my mind.

"Okay, it's a surprise." He said with a wink.

He lead me out of the hotel into his black range rover.

He opened my door for me and I smiled.

I sat on the hot leather seat and wait for Taylor to get in the car.

I buckled up and so did he.

"Ready?" He asked, showing his braces for once in a huge smile.

I nearly melted.

I didn't respond I just kissed him, slowly enjoying how his lips fit perfectly against mine.

When we break the kiss I look outside the dash board and see Aubrey standing there with a Starbucks in hand and a painful sob on her face.

She squeezes the cup and the lid pops off and the coffee spills on the ground, leaving a crushed cup in her hand.

She wipes off mascara and tears and runs back towards the hotel.

I feel like my heart is slowly breaking.

"Aubs." I stutter out.
