Time: The Next Day (Wednesday)
I am looking outside the Palace, overlooking the guards as they march here and there while the other people are amused at them. I was wondering about the future of the Kingdom. After almost 7 years of my reign as The King of United Kingdom, as a servant of the people, we've gone through much things. The last incident that happened that caused the whole Royal Family to collapse was 6 years ago when my son was almost killed. It was kinda my fault for bringing him there.
Another one that could've made the Royal Family to collapse was 11 years ago. When my cousin, Prince Henry of Wales, and his wife, Princess Elizabeth V of Wales had an unknown car accident with their son, Prince Austin. My cousin was suppose to be the Heir of the Throne not until they died, plus their daughters were still unfit to rule the Throne since they're still too young so my father, King William I of Cambridge, stepped in as the King.
What I am confused at was their son, Prince Austin. He was also in the accident during that time with their parents, but when the investigation team searched for his traces, he wasn't found there. We had been investigating that one from the Years 2005-2007, until we stopped investigating.
Right now, after 9 years after we stopped investigating, I have finally made my decision and one can sway my decision anymore. And my aide-de-camp, The Chairman of MI5, just arrived with a file folder.
" You called, your Majesty?" He lowered his head as he spoke as he gave me the file folder
" Chairman Lannes, I'd like to open the investigation about The Prince of Wales' Son's disappearance once again." I took the folder and read it as I am looking outside the windows
" Do you wish to recover the things that we have gotten during our investigation 9 years ago, your Majesty?"
" No... keep them off first. We'll have to compare it if there's any changes that happened before and the investigation now."
" Yes, your Majesty."
" Also, I leave the Kingdom to you. I'll go out first." I looked at him
" But, your Majesty...."
" I'm not done yet." I raised my right hand as I interrupted him
The chairman hushed right away as I gave him the file folder and started making my way to my room.
" I won't be taking long. I promise you that. Just tell your men to be on high alert in case anything happens."
" Yes, your Majesty."
" Also... please don't tail or follow me. Many people could recognize me right away if those situations happen."
" But..."
" I can handle myself. Please, Deckard. I want to be alone first."
" I....understand, your Majesty."
" I'll call you up if something bad happens to me." I started walking again and my way to my room to change up
And because I am not stupid enough for the people to know me so, I wore something a bit of formal and, at the same time, casual. So, I only thought and wore this one.
