New beginnings

Ruby sighs as she summons Crimson, the Ghost looks at her chuckles as a scythe made out of her black matter and took the shape of a black metal scythe with the blade looking like a full crescent moon.

Smirking she charges and clashes with the ghost, both of them were strong opponents and was keeping this up for 2 hours when Crimson stopped and makes her scythe disappeared.

Ruby stops as well and looks at her friend as she walks away, confused she puts Crescent Rose away and follows her.

She then stops and looks ahead to see Kei talking to some boy, "Listen."

And so listened she did, she found out his name was Nanakno and that he's a Ajin too but she was not happy on where this was going once the mushrooms that Kei put in their took effect.

She was about to march over there when Crimson held her back, and so with that.

And much to Ruby's chagrin they watch their fight continue and let's just say when Crimson let's her go she's going to kill Kei herself!

After knocking Kou out he drags him to a abandoned truck and puts his body in there. And Ruby had enough of Kei's attitude when he said the reason why he helped the researcher.

Which she knows is a lie, he's just the kind of jerk that's too cold to give people the real answer.

When Kai was out of Earshot of Kou, Crimson let her go and disappeared.

Ruby was about to march over there but..she got a better idea. She smirks as she walks away, she's still going to kick his butt she's going to do it the Summer Rose way.

Meanwhile....

Qrow sighs as he focuses on Ruby, ever since they got close he's been feeling the link get stronger and has felt Ruby's emotions changed from sadness, Happiness, and anger.

To what he can get, If she's still near Kei Nagai, he's been doing things that made her not be her happy self on a daily bases.

Which he got to give him props for, it takes a lot get Ruby angry like she is now. Sure, the girl has shown anger and frustration before but not like this, it reminds him of her mother.

He then shivers when he felt one emotion that is all too familiar with him "It happened" he said frightened. "What?" Winter said bewildered at his scared behavior.

"I just felt a change of Ruby's mood, it felt just like her mother's when she's angry. I hope the day would never come!" he whimpered.

The Schnee was totally lost on what is happening, is he going crazy?

"And no I'm not going crazy. It's just...Summer is one of the most scariest people you will meet. Sure she'll act out her anger sometimes but when she's furious, she's calm and hides the fact she's ready to kill you behind a sweet smile!"

He looks down at the floor "And Ruby left off that kind anger right now. That is the one trait I hoped she never inherited!"

Winter blinks as one thing go through her mind, what kind of person is Ruby Rose when she's not happy?

Back to Kei and Ruby...
So the next day when Kei went out Ruby followed him and was acting all cheery as she watch him try to control his ghost.

Once that was over she grabbed the giant branch she found on the way.

"So Kei, what did you do yesterday?" she asked as she lightly tapped the branch in her hand.

"Just the usual, why you asked?"

Ruby chuckles "Oh you did the usual, trained with your ghost and strand some poor boy in the abandoned truck" she said keeping her sweet smile.
