"Where's my lunch, you pathetic excuse of a mate?! Gosh, what took you so long to even get to my office?! I told you to come up here 15 minutes ago! With my lunch, might I add! What were you doing? Were you cheating on me?" Xzavier screamed at me, his tone sending shivers down my spine. Not the good kind though. He was scaring me....

"S-Sir." Yes, he told me to call him Sir. It's embarrassing to have your mate make you call him Sir, as if he controls you. "You told me to finish cleaning your bathroom before I came here. I didn't have time to do both if you wanted me to make you lunch. I'm sorry sir." I knew I wasn't making any sense because of how scared I really was.

"Lies!" He screamed, his face getting redder by the second. I looked at the Omega in the corner of the room and saw that he jumped as Xzavier slammed his fist onto the desk. "Oh, now you're checking out men right in front of me?" He walked around his desk, that he was standing behind and started making his way towards me.

I started shaking, shrinking down into myself as if to make myself seem smaller. He's hit me before, why not now? "N-No Sir. I would never do that to you sir."

He stopped right in front of me, gripping my chin so tightly as if he was putting all of his anger into his hold. "Then why did I just see you do it, not even two minutes ago?" He asked in a low voice, so only I could hear him.

"Because I saw that you were scaring him, Sir. And you're scaring me..." I said the last sentence just to see if his eyes would give any sort of emotion that a mate should give to their other half. But if anything, his eyes got colder.

"Does it look like I give a-"

"Alpha! Rogues, in the pack land!" The Beta in this pack, Beta Jex, interrupted Xzavier. I sighed as softly as I could, thankful for a distraction. Xzavier ran out without even looking at me, making me slightly thankful. Beta Jex followed him and slammed the door to Xzavier's office. The Omega quickly followed them, opening up the door and shutting it, without looking at me as well.

You see, Xzavier ordered every flipping man in this pack not to even glance at me in conversation or else they would be put to death. Not that I had a conversation with anyone here. Xzavier ordered me not to talk to any of his pack members. So the only person I could talk to here was him.

"I have to get out of here." I mumbled to myself as I looked to the closest window. I had nothing to pack since all the clothes I've been wearing were borrowed, lent by this really nice girl. Not that I met her before. I didn't want to take something that's not even mine to began with.

I ran to the window, thankful that his office is on the first floor of the pack house. I looked out to see no one. Huh, they might be on the other side of the building.

Wasting no more time, I quickly opened the window, popped out the shield that keeps bugs from coming in the room, well used to, and hopped out. I looked around to check once again, before running to the forest.

I continued to run, even though I was way out of the pack land, knowing that if I stopped, it would give the pack more time to catch up with me. That is, if they want me back.
'I'm sure Xzavier would, I mean, who's gonna cook his lunch now?' I sarcastically thought to myself as I continued running in human form. I couldn't shift because I didn't have enough energy to do so. I barely ate anything for weeks. All thanks to him.

I stopped running at the sight of people standing there. Right in the middle of the forest. Yep, just standing there. Some even with their arms folded. They just stood there. As if they were waiting for something to happen.

"Well, well, well. Look what we have here." The oldest one, who looked about twenty six said.

I sniffed the air, to try to catch a scent. When I caught the one scent that stood out from everything else, I froze.

Rogues.
