She was tired.

Tired of being bitched about behind her back.

Tired of being laughed at.

Tired of being made fun of.

Tired of feeling ugly.

Tired of being ignored.

Tired of feeling unloved.

Tired of no one caring.

Tired of pretending to be happy when all she wants to do is cry.

She was tired of being tired.

---
She walked down the busy hallways keeping her guard up for the people that go out of their way to leave her broken.

"Why look what we have here, the laughingstock of the school" a deep voice spoke pushing her fragile body causing her to fall on the dirty school floors.

Her books scattered everywhere and her cheeks turned a crimson red as everyone burst out laughing. Although she faces this everyday it never is less embarrassing for her.

"We'll finish you off later" the boy spoke before kicking her books leaving her on the floor on the verge of tears.

She quickly lifted herself off the floor and scurried to the bathroom as a salty tear ran down her already tear stained cheek.

Locking her self in a cubicle she rummaged through her bag in search of her beloved razor. Her fingers scanned the bottom of the old bag eventually retrieving the blood stained razor.

"One cut for being useless;
Two cuts for being alive;
Three cuts for being ugly;
Four cuts for being me;
And five cuts because fuck it"

She cried tearing her skin with every sentence that emerged from her chapped lips. She watched in awe as the ruby red blood trickled down her arm and onto the white bathroom floor.

Her wrist throbbed but she loved the sensation. She loved the feeling of the warm liquid trickle down her arm to her fingertips then
onto the floor.

She wiped her tears away leaving her eyes red and glazed over like newly cut glass. She thought about her life.

Why was it so fucked up?

Why couldn't she vanish from the world already?

She questioned herself as tears teased her tear ducts yet she pushed through the pain blinking away the tears.

God gives its hardest battles to its strongest soldiers.
