Down and Up

You go down

into the night,

Down

into the dark,

Down

where no one can see,

Down

hiding from

everything,

You go down

into a cave,

Where you can cry

in your sorrow and pain,

You’ll cry

more than a river,

You’ll cry

an ocean

a sea,

Wipe away your tears

stand up and leave,

Go up

up

out of the cave,

Up

out of the darkness,

Up

into light,

Up

into day,

Go up

to joy,

Go up

to warmth,

Go up

colors

inviting and warm,

Colors such as

yellow

orange

red,

Go up

to arms

that will hold you

close,

Go up

and leave

the darkness

behind,

Let the sea

of tears

dry,

Let the ocean

of love

overflow,

Don’t go down

it’s easy to fall,

It’s hard to get up,

It’s hard to stay strong,

Stay up

where the sun always shines

and happiness is always there,

It is easy to fall

It is ten times harder

to get up

again.

So its been a while.... a long while but I'm back and with more poems. Sad sad poems. There is no picture on the side. I didn't really look for one this time. If you really want me to add a picture I will. I guess that's all... I will have another poem up soon. Maybe today soon... I don't know. See ya!
