One Night Stand

I wake up again with the sun shining in my face.

I gotta remember to move my bed from the window or else this sun is gonna bother me everyday.

I yawn while sitting up in bed.

I walk out my room and see Monica awake and on the phone.

"Nothing" She laughs "You're so crazy"

I motion me vomiting as she talks to Liam.

She squint her eyes as she makes a face. She stick out her tongue.

I chuckle as I open the fridge.

"I can't wait to see you soon. Emily is already here saying she misses you as well" Monica says as she smiles at me.

"In your dreams!" I yell.

Monica laughs.

I take out a cup of yogurt and sit next to Monica on the couch.

"Alright, I'll talk to you later" She hangs up and puts the phone down on the coffee table.

"So you work today little miss fire" She asks as she pinch my leg.

"Owe! And no I don't" I rub my leg. "I have today off"

"You don't?! LET GO DO SOMETHING TODAY!" She yells as she jumps on me.

I laugh "YES! BUT WHAT?!"

She stops to think.

"Oh! I have an idea" I tell her.

"We can go to that clear lake where barely no one goes to and have a picnic"

She smiles at me "Yeah! and we can go tanning!"

"Let's go get ready!" I smile back at her. We jump up from the couch and toward our rooms.

I roam through my dresser for a bathing suit. I pull out a red bikini and throw it on. I then put on a flower dress. I wrap up some cute sandals on my feet.

I grab my towel and place some sunscreen and a first aid kit in the bag.

I step out the room to see Monica wearing a white t-shirt with some jean shorts and sandals. I can see the yellow bikini poking out through her neck.

She prepares the picnic basket as I add water bottles and juice inside also.

We head downstairs and get in the car.

"Ready for the adventure of a life time?" I ask her as I throw on some cat like black shades.

"Just like Bonnie and Clyde babe" she replies as she throw on some cat like pink shades.

I turn up the radio and Lush Life by Zara Larsson plays.

Monica starts to clap to the beat as I drive off.

Now I found another crush the lush life giving me a rush. You have one chance to make me blush, the second time is one to late.

I glance at Monica as she bops her head to the music as she sings.

We lay down on the blanket on the dock of the lake.

We lay their in silence as we enjoy the beaming sun on our skin.

"I like this" I tell her.

"Me too, we barely hung out since we got over here"

"Yeah, I guess we were both busy with work"

She looks at me "You were the most busiest"

I smile at her guilty. I guess I have been working a bunch.
