But you've always been good enough. You've just been giving the best parts of you to the wrong people.

Jessica's POV

I'm starving. It has been so awkward when my stomache decided to make whale noises in the middle of class. I had to pretend that it was just my chair. Screw you William Carter! I should've done more than just kicking him in the balls. He made me miss my quality time with my boyfriend!

Slamming my locker door, annoyed, I went into the girl's bathroom to change into my cheer uniform. I wonder who made these uniform. The skirt is so short and it itches. And don't get me started on the color, it's brown and yellow. We basically looked like a bunch of little puddings. I sighed, I've been doing that a lot these days. I looked at myself in the mirror as I stepped out of the toilet. I noticed my hair was growing quicker than I expected. I already cut my hair a month ago. I guess I'll be visiting the hair salon again. I successfully tied my hair into a bun. Ugh, it's like I've done an arm workout since my hair is pretty thick.

I head out to the field for cheer practice since it's end of the day. Tsk, tsk, hope I don't get another injury today.

"Hey guys, everyone here?" I ask with a smile. The girls look around. "Um, Judy's missing," Riley, one of the cheerleader said. "No she's not. She's over there. That lucky bitch," One of Judy's minions gushed, pointing over to the bleachers. Our heads turned towards the place she pointed. Looking over, there Judy was, on William's lap; sucking each other's faces. Oh god, my innocent eyes.

"Just leave them alone, wouldn't want to disturb their 'makeout session'," I said bitterly, air quoting the last two words. "Jealous, are we?" The girls tease, wiggling their perfectly plucked eyebrows. I roll my eyes. "Let's start our warm up," I said, changing the subject.

They laughed, "Sure, sure."

"Jazzie dear, come down for dinner," Phillip called.

"Okay! Just a minute," I called back from my room. I grab my red hoodie and sweatpants as I changed into it. Strolling down the stairs, I saw Michael in the room playing his Xbox.

"Mike, time for dinner. You can play with that later."

He sighed, "Fine." I smiled, "Good boy." He gave me an evil grin. My eyes widened in horror. "Wha-what do you think you're doing?" I stuttered, as I slowly back away from the game room.

An evil smile creeped out on his face as he grabs his frog, Sir Jumpsalot. I never liked that frog. He's evil. Pure evil.

"RUN!" I screamed to no one. Looking behind me, Mike is still chasing me with his frog. "GET AWAY FROM ME YOU FREAK, WHAT DID I DO TO YOU?!" I argued. "YOU ATE MY ICECREAM YOU PIG," He yelled back. "WELL SORRY NOT SORRY-" Without finishing the sentence, I ran into a wall with the sound oomph.

I groaned, as he kneel down to my level looking at me with a victorious smile. "Payback's a bitch!" He shouts, fist bumping with his frog. He threw his frog in the air as it landed on top of my head. I froze. That thing is on my head. "Get. It. Off." I whispered, starting to panic. "Oops," Mike said teasingly. I gave him a warning look. He smiled at me innocently.

"GET IT OFF, GET IT OFF, GET IT OFF!"I screamed, running in circles.

"Ahhhhh, I CAN FEEL IT MOVING!" I screamed again. Mike started laughing so hard he was on the ground.
