Our prime purposes in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them.

Jessica's POV

"Jessica dear, isn't this your eighth time here?" Ms. Daisy, our nurse, stated.

She's in her late 50's. A nice old women who loves helping people, especially injured ones.

Well, I guess that's why she's a nurse.

She have a short, curly blond hair. That's completely covered by her grey ones now.

She also have a smile that show's her wrinkles.

She just started working here, a few days ago when our school opened.

Ms. Daisy is pretty patient with her patients.

Ha! Patient with her patients. Gawd that's so funny.

Not.

"Jessica honey, come sit over here so I can see what sort of injury you've got yourself into." She said with a chuckle.

I plopped down onto the bed for patients who needs a rest, making myself comfortable.

Since I'm a pretty clumsy person, I've gotten into several injuries at school and I've always come to Ms. Daisy.

So within these few days when the school reopened, I've got to know Ms. Daisy a lot and she have also gotten to know me.

I know it may seem impossible, or not, to get into a lot of injuries, in just 5 days for people. But not for me.

Girls my age can walk in heels without any trouble. I wear converse and still manage to trip over things that aren't there.

Yes, that's how clumsy I am.

Well, good thing I don't like wearing heels or I'll be falling on my face every step I took.

She sat down beside me and examined my face.

Shooking her head with a sigh, "You're lucky it's just a bruise, dear. I'll just get you some ice pack."

She walked over to the fridge that stores some of the supplies for injuries.

"So tell me what your crazy story is this time, that got you a bruise on your cheek." Ms. Daisy said, as she placed the ice pack on my cheek.

"Well, I kinda, sorta, maybe got hit by a football while on cheerleading practice." I said innocently with a smile.

She shook her head while laughing, "Ah, Jessica darling, your story just get's wilder and wilder each time."

I smiled sheepishly.

"I should be going then, wouldn't want my team waiting."

Standing up, ready to leave I added, "Oh, and I'll bring the ice pack back tomorrow!"

"Of course dear, stay safe!" She said while patting my back and giving a tight hug.

I returned the hug, "Thanks, Ms. Daisy."

She frowned, "Didn't I already told you? Just call me Daisy."

"Okay, Ms. Daisy."

She gave me a pointed look.

"Oops, I mean Daisy." I chirped.

Getting out of the nurse office, I made my way to the field where our practice takes place and so is the football practice.
