Jessica's POV

Poke.

Poke.

Poke.

"Ugh, let me sleep for 5 more minutes." I groaned.

Poke.

I snapped my eyes open, "What?!"

Standing in front of my bed is my dear little brother.

He has the same blue-ish type of eyes as me but got my father's dirty blonde hair.

He's a few centimeter taller than me even though he's 2 years younger than me. He's now 15 . Guess puberty is hitting him hard.

I'm not saying I'm short. I'm pretty tall actually, for a girl. But my dear little brother just have to be taller than me.

He smiled sheepishly, "Sorry sis, but you're running late." He said, stretching the word late.

"What?! Why didn't you call me up earlier?!" I shrieked.

"I did for the past 5 minutes." He said in a bored tone. "You wouldn't get your lazy ass up."

I groaned, jumping out of bed. I shriek as I fell flat on my face.

See what I told you? I'm not perfect. I'm clumsy as hell. Ugh.

Add that to my I'm not Ms. Perfect list.

Looking up, my brother, Michael, was trying his best not burst into laughter.

"Get out!" I ordered.

"Well, someone's not a morning person." He said with a shrug.

Yeah, add that too, I'm not a morning person.

I gave him my deathliest glare.

"Okay, okay, I'm going." He said with his hands in the air for a sign of defeat.

I sighed, looking up at the clock it's 7:45.

Holy fudge nuggets!

I've got 15 minutes to get ready!

I ran into the bathroom and quickly did my business and brush my teeth.

I stripped off my clothes and took a shower. Ha! I think I should get an award for being the fastest in showering.

Opening my closet, I scanned through my clothes. I grab a rip skinny jeans and a tee that says 'WHITE TEE AND BLUE JEANS'.

I put them on and slip into my converse.

With not much time left, I did my hair into a bun.

I ran downstairs, "Mom! Phillip! I'm going to school!" I shouted as I grab an apple to eat.

My mom entered the kitchen and gave me a hug, "Take care, sweety. Have fun at school!"

"Thanks mom." I said as I rushed to the door.
