"This shop is fab! Let's go!"
"We HAVE to go to this shop."
"Can we please go to this one?"
"Okay, I promise this is the last shop!"
"I know I said the previous shop was the last, but this shop is amazing!"
"Ayano, please! My legs are going to drop off!" panted Budo, his arms loaded with bags full of shopping. They had visited about fifty shops in the last three hours, and he couldn't take anymore.
"Oh, can't we just go to Shop Til You Drop?" asked Yan-chan.
"I'm about to drop! I'll just be a minute - I need to go to the bathroom," replied Budo, and he walked away.
"Psst. Ayano..." hissed a voice, making Yandere-chan jump. She was sure the sound had come from the creepy alleyway next to Chieko's Cafe. Cautiously, she tiptoed down the alleyway and searched for the person that had called her name.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" she asked, becoming a little anxious. Then, all of a sudden, something grabbed her arm tightly.
"Ow!!! Hey!!! Let go!!!" she shouted aggressively, but the person shushed her.
"Ayano, it's me!" they whispered. Yandere-chan's eyes widened. That voice belonged to none other than Senpai!
"T-Taro?" she stammered. The shyness was kicking in.
"I need to talk to you," said Taro. "I've always known that you follow me around." Ayano was shocked. He'd known all along! How stupid she was. If she hadn't been wandering around in the-
"But now I need to tell you the truth. I don't like Osana in the way you think I do. I know it's you who put poison in her bento. I know it's you who tried to kill her when she was in the Cooking Club. But you don't need to do those things because I'll never have a crush on her. I can't change the fact that you're a Yandere, but I can prevent your actions if I'm honest with you." He took a deep breath, giving Ayano the chance to process everything that Senpai just said in her brain. He could stop her if he was truthful with her? What did that mean? She was relieved that he would never be Osana's boyfriend, but what was the truth? What was it he wanted to tell her that would stop her killing people? Then, he said something that left her stunned.
"I've always liked you."
For a few seconds, Yan-chan just stared at him in disbelief. After that, he just ran the other way.
"Senpai likes me! But...Budo..." she whispered to herself. Little did she know that Budo was just round the corner, listening to every word.
