Chapter 1

"EVA!" I woke up to the sound of my mom screaming "WAKE YOUR ASS UP!" I opened my eyes to see that my curtains were open wide so when I opened my eyes I was blinded by the sun.

I got out a of bed and remembered today was the day my boyfriend, best friend and I were going to move to L.A.. I got up and ran down stairs and saw all my suitcases and stuff in the living room ready to be loaded into my jeep.

I walked into my kitchen and saw my boyfriend Noah and my best friend Macey hanging out in the kitchen. They both looked at me and had a huge grin on their faces I turn around to see my mom bawling her eyes out.

"It's okay mom" I said while holding her in my arms "I'll come and visit all the time, don't worry"

She looks at Macey and Noah and says "you guys better take care of her" I rolled my eyes

After a while of just waisting time we decided to load my jeep with our stuff. So far out of all of us only Macey and I had a car Noah never bought one cause he was saving up to move.

After everything was in the trunk we all said our goodbyes and we got in the car and drove off. Once we left I felt like I forgot something.

Once we were an hour away from home my mom calls me to tell me I forgot my necklace that my father gave me right before he passed. My father died 4 years ago when I was 14 of lung cancer. I wore the necklace everyday since but recently it broke it so I got it fixed it but forgot to put it on.

Noah decided to drive first "can you turn the car around i forgot my necklace" he looked pretty pissed but he knows how much that necklace meant to me so he follows my order and turns the car around and drives back home.

When we got home I ran inside and took my necklace said one more goodbye to my mom and got back on the road.

The trip was pretty boring but we found ways to pass by the time when Noah wasn't driving he would count how many black jeeps we passed. Macey would have her own little concert and take the aux cord and play her favorite songs and dance and sing the whole time.

I would just stare at Noah the whole time. Honestly I loved him so much. We have been dating freshman year and now I'm going to L.A. going to U.C.L.A. with him. I had never been more happy.

During the 41 hour car ride we stopped at a few hotels and me and Noah might have done the nasty a few times. I cant help myself sometimes he's so hot I want to rip off his clothes and pounce him almost all the time but you know I can't.

Macey always stay in the backseat unless she was driving then Noah sat back there and when she would fall asleep me and Noah would pull over and make out outside the car. She caught us a few times but we still did it every time.

We had been driving for 40 hours and it was my turn to drive and Noah and Macey were sleeping. And while driving I saw a sign and it said welcome to California and once I saw it I started crying. My dream was to go to California and I was finally here. I wiped my tears and kept driving.
