This week was very hot that even my saliva had evaporated. But anyways, we still managed to learn new things.
Last teusday, we did a pre-assessment test just like we did in other subjects. It is to know if we already have an idea on the topics we will encounter throughout the first grading period. Luckily, i was able to reach the passing score.
Also, we are asked to share our understandings to the poem "The Express" written by Stephen Spender. I know i didn't explained my thoughts very well, but i guess it wasn't bad at all.
"My Own World" is a game we played last "Fryday". We really did enjoyed playing and earning massive points at the same time.
I also learned that news are timely and relevant information that is spread via print, broadcast or internet medias. The headline, lead, and body are its parts.
A lead must be simple and short, yet strong and inviting. It plays the most important role, it serves as a hook because its job is to catch the interest of readers to read the whole news.
That's it for this week. I hope you enjoyed reading it.
