English 8: Weeks of Learning

Week 6

     We didn't discuss much this week.

     Along with the celebration of the nutrition month is the jingle contest. We actually practiced hard for that contest. We borrowed some of our subject teacher's time, and practice instead of discussing our new topic. Thankfully, we were able to get the 3rd place after competing for the finals. 

     We are also given assignments by ma'am Gel which is making a comic strip, and it wasn't that difficult at all. The next day, all those who made the layouts of the comic strip stayed at the room while the others do what they were told to do. Ma'am Gel told us to do a brochure-like stuff to be passed on Monday. 

     That's it for this week. What i have truly learned is that if you put effort for what you want, it will somewhat pay off at the end. (Nutri-jingle contest)
