I'm not quite sure who did it first, there'sa lot of controversy on whetheritwas the Mexican rapper 'ODM (One Dope Mexican)' or another Mexican rapper by the name of 'Chingo Bling' as you can see from the video every puts Chingo Bling's name on it. *shrugs*
In my humble opinion, I say it was ODM, but whatever they both sound the same. They are both still active, (ODM since the 90's- present & Chingo Bling since 2000- present.)
