Esmeralda waltzed in and slid herself into the booth... Well I say waltzed, but what I mean is she shuffled, or two stepped or whatever kind of dance it is that one does to Yodana and the Cats. Let's just say danced. Esmeralda danced into the guild hall and slid herself into the booth, roughly bumping Sylvie and Laurie even further into each other. This elicited a snicker and chuckle from Gideon and Nashi who sat across from them. "Serves you two right for being so enamored with each other that you aren't even paying attention to your surroundings," Nashi stated arrogantly.

"Yeah, seriously Laurie, it's bad enough that you are married to my sister, but you can't even look after her while she is pregnant," Gideon said darkly.

"I'm sorry, what?" Laurie said, looking confused, "I'm kinda hung up on the fact that Nashi just used enamored."

"Yeah," Sylvie sneered, "That's a pretty big word for you, Nashi, where'd you learn that one?"

"What? I use big words all the time," Nashi declared, looking around for back up, but not receiving any from even her own fiancé.

"Eh-hm," Ezzie cleared her throat, drawing everyone's attention to her.

"Oh, hey Ezzie, what's up?" Nashi asked, glad to be on literally any other topic.

"Hi guys! You are never going to believe what I just got," she said excitedly.

"A new car?" Nashi hoped.

"A date?" Sylvie joked.

"A haircut?" both the boys said, using one of their go to answers for when their Ladies asked them the same question.

"Well, yeah, I did get a couple inches taken off today," Ezzie said, causing Gideon and Laurie to give each other a proud nod across the table, "But that is not what I am talking about. I got tickets to a Yodana and the Cats concert here in Magnolia!"

"Woah, no way," Gideon said, feigning interest, "How did you ever get those, I would have thought that they would be sold out immediately."

"I know right, I camped out in line for three nights at the ticket office just to get my two!"

"Huh, so that's where you were," Nashi muttered, "I thought you went on a job."

"No, I was getting these babies!" Ezzie yelled, slamming down the two tickets on he table, startling them all, "So, Nashi, what do you say, will you have the honor of seeing Yodana and the Cats live and in concert with me?"

"Aw man," Nashi said, getting a panicked look in her eyes as she tried to come up with any excuse, "I can't, Gideon and I have a... a ..." She stuttered, looking at Gideon for help.

"Yeah," Gideon chimed in, trying to help, "Nashi and I have a... a... thing..." he finished, immediately getting up from the booth and dragging Nashi out before she could question their excuse.

"Oh, ok, well have fun you two," Ezzie said, not discouraged, "So, Sylvie, what do you say?" She continued, turning around to question Sylie, who had apparently melted away and reformed at the guild door where Laurie was jogging up to her.

"Sorry," Sylvie called, "We have to go do that thing with Nashi and Gideon."

Huh, Ezzie thought, not knowing who else to ask. Suddenly, her next victim... I mean friend, walked by.

"Elwin!"

"What's up," Elwin said, turning around, not knowing what he was about to be getting into.
