Second week of practice

Chapter 4

Second week of practice

Today was the first day of the second week of practice. I woke up at 5:30 and jumped in the shower. Jaiden and Alexander were still staying with us.

I got out of the shower and put on my shorts, my 1812 shirt with the cut selves. I wear it underneath all my padding and jersey. Then I put on my socks and pull my hair into pony tail. I slip on my orange and blue nike sneakers. Then I double check my bag and make sure it's packed with all my equipment. Then I throw my stick in there since it was hanging on out display shelf. It about 6:30 and practice is at 7:30. Cole is ready to and Nick loving to sleep in had just gotten in the shower. I sit on my bed and check my phone.

Alex txted me: Morning baby! I love and miss you so much!!💜😘💜

I respond: morning babe I love and miss you too. Second week of practice. I'm ready and have like about an hour if you have time to face time?💜😘

He answers almost immediately.

Sure thing! I will call you!

Seconds later my iPad is going off. I seat my self on my bed perfectly so he can see my face and answer.

"Hey!" I say

"Hey baby!" he responds.

I just smile.

"What time did you get up this morning if your already good to go with it only being 6:30 there and well 3:30 here?" he laughs a little. He is living in Arizona right now and I'm here in Syracuse New York. We txt well all the time so when it about 11 here it 8 there. So I go to bed around 11:30 my time 8:30 his time so he sleeps from there till 3:30 his time 6:30 my time. It works out most of the time. Also when I'm at lacrosse he is mostly either going back to sleep then getting up for school and just about finished with I think fourth period when I'm done with practice. He does txt me during school.

"I got up around 5:30 my time." I respond

"So 2:30 my time?" he asks

"Yes babe. Great job" I say with a laugh. Nick walks in.

"Hey does anyone know what happened to all my cologne I had in the bathroom?" Alex looks at me weird and then I say "I will be right back" his face is just blank. As I leave to go help Nick Alexander and Jaiden sit on my bed and talk to Alex.

"So what's been going on lately?" Alex asks.

"Well the other night she had like a nightmare that Nick got hit by a car and it was Coles fault and she woke up crying and well this one cradled her in his arms and it was like 2:30 here. Then she screamed at cole and we all get back in bed then Nick informs us that we are staying two weeks with you guys and stuff and then she got all mad cuz Alexander over here still loves her and she hears that so she jumped out of bed grabbed her lacrosse stick left jumped a 20ft fence and hung out with Cole for the day. And well that's everything that happened in the last like two days" Jaiden says out of breathe.

"Ok so she spent the day with Cole not my biggest worry right now. But you still love her and you decided to cradle her in your arms when she was crying and did u think next week u will be staying in my house for two weeks. And the fact her and I have been dating a year has never like had an impact on u to make u realize she is all mine!" he says angrily. That's when I walk in the room.

"What are you guys doing?" I say as I approach them and they jump off my bed.

"Oh just talking with Alex you know catching up." Jaiden says quickly.

"Oh ok alright go get ready for whatever. You two are being taken shopping since you basically live with us. And whoever is taking you is paying for your stuff. Ok" I say shooing them out the door. Cole sits on his bed stringing one of his lacrosse heads. I continue to pick up my convo with the babe.
