"So you'll come right?" Jade asked hopefully. Her hands were clasped and her lips pouted as she begged.
Jesy who was pulling on her black Uggs, nodded. "Of course Jadey. You don't have to beg me to go out with you."
"I just wanted to make sure." Jade said a little nervously. She had just asked Jesy to come out for pizza the next day. She didn't mention Ray Ray or even Princeton yet.
"Since when do we even plan to go out anyway?" Jesy asked getting to her feet.
Jade gulped. "Well you see it was Prince who asked me and I want you to come."
Jesy raised a suspicious eyebrow. "Okay?" She said unsure. She pulled on a black hoodie. "Alright I'm heading to Leigh's. Make sure you two get to bed at a decent hour. It's already late."
Jade nodded. "Sleep well. I'll see you tomorrow."
Jesy pressed a kiss to Jade's forehead then moved over to the bathroom and banged on the door. "Aye Blondie I'm leaving! And try not to stay an eternity in the shower! The icecaps are melting!" She moved towards her window. "At least that's what Leigh says." She shrugged and flew out.

"I'm so excited. We've got just two minutes to go." Leigh-Anne squealed.
"So you can't sleep unless she comes in?" Sian-Louise asked with a weirded out expression.
Leigh smiled embarrassedly. "No I can't . . . I mean I guess I could but it'd be harder and I might have nightmares. Jesy just makes everything less scary . . . because she is scary I guess. She scares all the scary things away."
Sian chuckled. "You think she's scary but also adorable? How does that work Chippy?"
Leigh shrugged. "She's super badass and fearless but sometimes she just looks so small and cute. Like when she sleeps. Oh Sian she looks like a baby . . . or a puppy." She wriggled around. "I've got pictures! Let me get 'em!"
Leigh-Anne was reaching for her phone on her bedside table when Jesy flew in through the window and landed in front on the bed. Leigh's eyes widened. She looked to her sister who was now open mouthed. "Jesy!!" She shrieked.
"Oh hey there Si . . . fancy meeting you here in Leigh's bedroom at midnight." Jesy said as she looked at Leigh with wide eyes wondering how they were going to explain this. "How's it going?"
Sian blinked. She couldn't believe what she just saw. "D-did you just fly in here? Through the window?"
Jesy started laughing while Leigh-Anne still looked scared. "Fly? That's ridiculous Sian." Jesy said. "I just jumped from the tree." She kept laughing.
"N-no but you . . ." Sian was saying still blinking in confusion. "You just . . ." She looked at Leigh-Anne. "You saw that too right? Or am I just jet-lagged?"
Leigh shrugged. "Jesy's an athlete . . . she does all sorts of cool tricks. Your eyes are probably mistaken . . . Jesy do a backflip."
Jesy groaned. She stepped back from the bed and took a stance. She back flipped easily, using her flying to help her. "Tada. I just jumped from the tree Sian . . ."
Sian nodded though she wasn't convinced. "Yeah I must be tired . . ." She shook her head.
"Okay so are we ready for this sleepover?" Leigh said bouncing up and down in her seat on the bed. "This'll be the second time Jes and I have company on our usual midnight bed appointments . . . although we've had sleepovers with Pez and Jade but those were at Jesy's." She grinned at her sister. "Are you ready?"
