Taehyung had made up his mind. He decided that he was the most deserving of Leigh-Anne's heart. He was clearly better for her than the others. They were not bad but he was the only one who could cater to all of her needs. He respected her and did not just want her for sex like Perrie and Jimin. He could wait as long as she needed him to. He would not ask her of it and she would let him know when she wanted it. He could tell that she had trouble saying 'no'.

And he also had a fun playful side and was able to be outgoing and spontaneous. That was something Jade lacked. Plus he wasn't shy and bashful and afraid to take control of a situation when he saw fit. He was the perfect balance. And he thought Leigh-Anne needed balance. He was a good man. He knew Leigh liked him most. He was the first she let in. He was the first to like her. He deserved this.

He'd figured all of this out last night while he should have been revising for his Math final but he was already great at all of his subjects. Revision was just a formality to them really -except for Jungkook who used to escape schoolwork in the underground for being the cute youngest.

It was Tuesday morning and he was standing in front of the school gate, hoping to see Leigh-Anne when she arrived.

He was re-convincing himself of why he was better for Leigh-Anne when her father's car appeared, slowing down in front of the gate. He smiled against his will when she waved and grinned at her father as she got out of the passenger seat. She is always so beautiful and smiling. He thought dreamily.

"Oh hey Taehyung how are you?" Leigh asked as she walked his way.

Taehyung frowned. Her smile didn't seem so bright now and her eyes looked sad. "What is wrong Butterfly?"

Leigh tried to smile bigger as she shook her head. "I'm okay Tae." She walked passed him.

Taehyung followed her towards the school building. "No you are not my sweet Butterfly. You are sad." He frowned a little. "You were sad yesterday too no? I remember you not being as peppy at cheerleading practice. Tell me your problem. I will help anyway I can."

Leigh sighed and stopped walking. "Does looking at me talk to Jimin burn you?"

Taehyung was confused. "W-what?"

Leigh shook her head. "Never mind. I just . . ." She blew out a puff of air. "Do you feel like you're special to me Tae?"

He smiled and nodded. "You make me feel very special. That is why I have thought very hard about who you need to be with. Leigh-Anne I believe I am most stable love interest that can cover all of your needs. You are complex girl and I will help you always. So you should name me boyfriend." He nodded, satisfied with himself.

Leigh blinked. She didn't get it. Jade said that it looked like no one was special to her . . . Or was that not what the little brunette meant? She sighed. "Taehyung . . . I . . . I'm not sure. I mean obviously I lo-care about you a lot. But I . . . the others . . . I want you all . . ."

Taehyung shushed her. "I will show you why I should be boyfriend. It will make your choice easier. But I am only looking out for you Butterfly. You need me . . . I think." He took her hand and walked her into the school building.

Leigh gulped. She liked it when he held her hand. She always did. But now it felt almost bittersweet.

"You are still upset. I can help." Taehyung said before letting go her hand and stooping a little in front of her. "I shall be your legs. You can ride to class in Taehyung fashion."

Leigh hopped on his back hoping that it made him happy. He started making airplane noises as he ran to where her first class of the day was. (He had her timetable memorized) She was giggling by the time he set her down in her seat. She loved the fun games they played together.
