"House" Party

Discovery

We woke up still frightened by the lady but still more terrified for what we had to do later. We were very familiar with where we were going, I wish we weren't though. It was a good fifteen minute drive so we all wanted to distract ourselves so we talked about yesterday. That's when Jack asked the question I knew he would ask and Nana hyped him up of course. Jack said " so how did you know what that psychic lady looked like yesterday anyway." He chuckled afterwards which he always does when he is nervous, but he only does it when I'm around. I told them it was a secret so I leaned in but I talked in a loud whisper so Nana could hear and I said
"I saw a picture of her when I googled her the night before". Nana reached over my seat and punched my arm as she yelled cheater we had our last laugh of the day, cause we just pulled up to Coldman road. We went to the house which was just a pile of rubble with an old mail box on the side of the road. We grabbed the shovels from the trunk and started digging. I picked a middle corner of what would be the house if it was still standing. I'm not really scared of anything and neither is Jack or Nana. But let's be honest here I hate bugs. I kept digging till I was in a hole about six feet deep, as I heard Nana yell
Jack was closer so he was there before I did he knelt down and pulled out a hand, I was hoping it would have a ring and we could get this over with but of course there was no ring. We all worked together to dig around where we thought the body would be based on the hand. I jumped back when hundreds of bugs crawled from the skeletal remains of a woman in a tattered light pink dress, it was a cute dress like something I would wear.
Jack pulled out the skeleton, he was being super careful with her. Jack looked at us and said wait how are we gonna get her to mallisa or whatever her name is. They had guards at the gate they search the cars. "We didn't get searched last time so why would they search us now ". Nana was tired and stressed I could tell be the way she said that sentence. I said that jack was right the safest thing was to look for her ring it had to be near her body.
Just then it started to storm like crazy bad rain, thunder, lightning you name it and it was happening. Jack told us to wait there and he came back with an umbrella and metal detector. I laughed and said "of course you just so happen to have a metal detector in your car". He smirked and said you'll thank me later. It took a good forty six minutes cause he kept finding things like plates and a crap ton of jewelry we had at least thirteen rings so we took them all and put them in a velvet sack. Since it was never specified what the ring looked like and we definitely didn't wanna return. Jack said we would head back to her house when the rain loosened up cause this was very dangerous. We all decided to stay at a hotel which of course only had two beds and Nana was a sleep fighter so I slept in jacks bed. When I woke up so did he. I must have had a nightmare cause I was crying. He said I had yelled "jack.....Nana.....run...". He put his hand on the side of my face and looked at my lips, I returned the look as he pushed his lips against mine. I grinned as I pulled away from his kiss, as I leaned on his chest and fell back asleep.
