Chapter Five

"Hey, beautiful. Come on, it's time to get up." I heard Juliet say. My shoulder was being shook.

"Mmm, okay. What time is it?" I asked sleepily. I got up into a criss-cross sitting position.

"It's six. We though you might need time to do your makeup and everything." I heard Andy say. I cracked a smile at them.

"Thank you." I said. I got up and grabbed everything, my new mom and dad left the room for me to get dressed.

I turned to my iPod and turned on Afterlife by Avenged Sevenfold. I put on an over sized, mans, black short-sleeve shirt, black skinnies, an oversized, black, Escala, zip-up hoodie and black converse. I went to the bathroom with my iPod and put my makeup on. There, that's better. I also straightened my hair before going out of the bathroom.

I left to go downstairs, I took my earphones out and ended the music. Andy and Juliet were in the kitchen, the guys were no where in sight.

"So, uh. You still go to middle school?" Andy asked.

"No. I got to skip a grade, I'm in grade nine." I said.

"Cool, we got a smart kid!" Juliet said, I smiled.

"Okay, uh. Here's some money for lunch. Were going grocery shopping after school." Andy said, giving me ten bucks.

"Thank you." I said.

"Alright, here's a bowl. You get some cereal, the cheerios are over there." Juliet said, pointing over to the cheerios on the counter. I poured some cheerios and got some milk from the fridge. I ate happily beside Andy, I haven't eaten cheerios in a long time.

"So, tell us something about yourself." Andy said, looking towards me.

"Huh, oh. Um, I'm vegetarian." I said.

"Cool. Anything else?" Juliet asked, sitting opposite Andy.

"Uh, I don't know. What would you like to know?" I asked.

"Well, what's your favorite color?" Andy asked.

"I have a lot. Black, dark blue, red, sometimes dark green." I said truthfully.

"Cool, what's your favorite.. band?" Juliet asked.

"I don't know, there are lots that I cannot choose between." I said.

"Favorite movie?" Andy asked.

"Uh. Batman, or... I can't remember." I said, I saw Andy silently say 'Yes.' while doing a movement with his forearm straight infront of him and his hand in a fist with his head slightly bowed. Juliet didn't see but I did, I cracked a smile at Andy, saying 'I saw that bro. Nice.'

"What?" Andy asked once he saw me. I raised an eyebrow slightly.

"Anyways, Book? Or book series?" Juliet asked.

"I have two, maybe three. The Mortal Instruments and The House Of Night. And maybe The Infernal Devices, I haven't read those yet, though." I said.

"That's cool. How about favorite TV shows?" Andy asked.

"I don't know, I cant remember." I said shrugging.

"Alright, so. We better head to school right?" Juliet asked. I looked at the time and saw that it was 7:30.

"We can stay a little longer, or do you wanna go now?" Andy asked.

I shrugged. "And what do you mean by that..?" Andy asked.

"It means that I don't know or - maybe - care." I said logically.
