Yuuri nearly upchucked right there. The numbers 113 on the scale frightened him as the nice nurse just wrote down the numbers, and guided the couple to a room where the brunette beauty could lay down, and await the doctor for his arrival.

The brunette was upset at the results. Too big.

Victor stood in fear as he read the numbers. Too small.

Yuuri had an ultrasound and a blood test before they waited again.

Dr. Levi strolled in with a clipboard in his hand, and with the lovely nurse behind him, "Can I speak with your significant other?"

Yuuri nodded as the doctor and the nurse fled with Victor to the hallway where they stood a distance away from the pregnant male's door.

"He's underweight," the jet black haired doctor sighed, "It's not the worse case I experienced, but he's pretty much malnourished. He's 5'5 and he needs to be 122 to be remotely healthy. However he is ten weeks in his pregnancy, and he should be at least 130 at the minimum. The baby is sucking all he's energy, and his body goes through lock down which has side effects that include nausea, depression on the mental scale, and even pale skin can be a result. He needs food in his body."

"Oh dear god," The silver haired man gulped.

"Good news is it's curable. It'll be tough like a bitc...uh..It'll be tough, but the baby is alive for one. The fetus is smaller than normal, but nothing a little more nutrients can solve. I'm more concerned with Mr. Katuski. His blood sugar levels are basically crap. The disorder attacked his pancreas which caused Non-Reactive Hypoglycemia which means he's not diabetic, but he has low blood sugar. That means he's going to take pills basically he's whole life because of this. He can't skip any meals or even snacks for awhile. We'll start off with a meal plan. He'll stay here for the first three days of his recovery. Then I will give you meal ideas that won't make him sick. So start off small, his stomach is not familiar with food, but I'm glad you took him in. He's lucky to have you."

"No, I'm lucky to have him," Victor shared a small smile, "I just wished I noticed sooner. I'm such a screw up."

"No you're not. There's no way you would've known for just living your life."

"Stop having sympathy. You have no idea what's it like," Victor was more angry at himself than anything.

The jet black haired doctor glanced at the brunette nurse with the thin structure. The green eyed assistant nodded slowly before strolling to Yuuri room, "I'll hook him up to an IV sir," the nurse sighed before opening up the wooden door with a cold handle.

Dr. Ackerman sighed, "That's when your wrong because I know exactly what you're talking about. Why do you think I specialize in eating disorder along with the rest of the human anatomy? It's because my husband had Anorexia Nervosa. My beautiful love that's helping your beautiful love. He was one of the worse cases I have ever experienced. Right behind my back, and I had no idea. I dated Eren for two years, and I had no clue. If I knew sooner," Levi froze to suck in a breath, "Maybe he could be fertile. I can never have a kid with him because I was clueless. So don't beat yourself up. It's not too late with Mr. Katuski. It's not."

"I-I'm sorry...Doctor. I had no idea."

"I'm not going to say it's okay because it's not, but this is not your concern. Eren is better now, yeah he's still thin, but he helps other people so they don't become infertile. He and I are a team and together. We can save the world."

........

Victor held Yuuri's IV hand as he was lounging in a plastic grey used up chair. He did not care as long as if he got to stay at his lover's side. It's been two days, and all Yuuri could keep down is in day one : an egg and a piece of bacon at breakfast, an apple for lunch, and a piece of chicken breast for dinner. On day two: one and half pieces of bread with grape jam for breakfast, an orange for lunch, and a quarter plate of stir fry for dinner. All meals had a glass of water because Yuuri would not drink anything else. He does not want the extra calories. Dr Levi Ackerman told Victor it was normal that his stomach was not used to food.

Good news is the baby appreciates the food.

Bad news is Yuuri will become fat. Well fatter. That's a lie the brunette will never willingly admit. His vision shares honesty and his mirror is the judge. If he avoids nutrients than he'll hurt the baby. That fact he knows to well. So he'll step up as a parent and eat, and cry every pound of the way because it's not just for Victor this time. It's for his baby.

For his baby,

And

For Victor.

.........

The silver haired man drank a bottle of tea in the parking lot of the crowded hospital. He did not want to leave Yuuri, but the brunette craved his space. He'll do anything for Yuuri.

The sweet liquid sat nicely in his empty stomach as he lingered across the shaded cement to reach the road. Victor quickly glanced both ways before jogging to the fast food restaurant that popped up ironically across the hospital.

He pushed the double doors open, and strolled to the counter. There stood a tall male named Rin that hung off his name tag, "Hello, sir. What would you like to order?"

"A coffee with cream and sugar with a egg and sausage sandwich," the silver haired male told the cashier.

"Okay, that'll be $3.75."

Victor nodded as he handed over the cash in exact change as he awaited his order.

He stood by the straws and condiments sections when he noticed the familiar blonde pawn that made his blood boil. 'Please don't notice me' 'Please don't notice me' 'Please don't notice me' the silver haired male sighed to himself as the model like creature approached him.

"Hey, Vitcor, " Russian laced Anne's tone, "I was thinking. I know you don't like me, but we dated awhile back. I want you back. Can we please date? I am sorry I kissed you before."

"No, dear..I can't," Victor sighed.

"Well why not! What are you scared of? Commitment? I can help you. I can help you love again."

"Stop -"

"No! You are pushing me away. You-"

"Dammit I'm gay, okay? I know Russia will disown me, but I really don't care because I'm never coming back. I lied to you on my date. Yuuri is not dating a lady. He's dating me, and he is more than a weekend whore. He is more than a gorgeous blonde with beautiful violet eyes. He makes my life wonderful, and I don't care what gender he is. I don't care so much that I am marrying him."

"You're not one of them. I can change them."

"Why do you say one of them like being gay is like having a disease when you know damn well that there is no difference. You can't change me either because if you can change me then I can change you, and maybe lesbian Anne can be a tolerable person to be around."

"A Victor? Your order's ready," Rin announced as the silver haired male strolled to the counter to grab the bag thanking the cashier. As he slithered to the door he stopped to the blonde, and smirked, "I would say see you later, but I really hope I don't."

And with that he left.
