Anne POV

I feel paralyzed. I won't age another day. I'll be stuck like this forever.

"What about Ben?" Tom asks and Cochise looks up.

"As far as I know he will also stop aging." Cochise says and Tom nods.

"Thank you for explaining." Tom says and begins to pull me out of the tent.

We walk silently for a minute when Tom speaks up.

"We will get past this." He says and I nod. As long as we have each other nothing will happen.

We make it back to the tent and see everyone but Ben is awake. Hal and Maggie are sitting next to him.

"What happened?" Maggie asks and I look away. I can't bare to tell them.

"The dust, it stops your aging." Tom said and Maggie looked at Hal. They both looked shocked. Matt just looked up from cleaning some tools.

"Oh no." Hal said and Maggie looked like she was about to cry. Tom walks out and Hal follows.

"What's wrong?" I ask. Maggie has a look.

"I'm pregnant." She says and I gasp. What does this mean for their child. "It's Hal's." She said and I nodded. I gave her a hug and she melted into it.

"When are you and Hal going to tell Tom?" I asked.

"We we're going to do it once we got back into the city." She said and I nodded smiling. Maggie was tearing up and so was I.

"Excellent idea." I said and she laughed. All we did for about five minutes was hug and cry.

"I can give you an ultra sound back at the school." I say and she laughs holding her stomach. It is short lived when I hear Ben groan. Maggie runs out hopefully to get Hal.

Hal comes in and sits next to him as he wakes up. Ben opens his eyes and freaks out only for a moment until he sees Hal. Hal begins to rub his back and Ben's heart rate slows down.

He is going to make a great father.
