Chapter 13

As Ronnie began walking towards the girls with the knife in his hands, Juliet panicked and ran in the back of the car. "Don't just leave us!" Jenna screamed but they didn't hear a reply from her. "You guys messed with the wrong guy, you all are done for now!" Ronnie yelled in anger as he began swinging the knife around. "Just stop!" Courtney screamed as Juliet yelled from the distance, and she had a pistol in her hand aimed straight at Ronnie's head. "Don't even think about hurting them scumbag." Juliet said in anger as she gripped the pistol as tightly as she could. "My suggestion is that you should drop the knife if you don't want half of your face blown off." Jenna said as she stared at Ronnie is disgust. "You guys get away with everything, next time you won't. I'll kill every single one of you if I ever see you on my property again." Ronnie said as he threw the knife in the long grass and went back into his house. "Thank you so much Juliet!" Jenna said as she hugged her tightly. "I wouldn't leave you guys behind." She said with a smile. "Can we please go home now?" Brooke asked with a tired voice as they all piled up into the car, and drove home.

As the girls pulled into Jenna's driveway, Logan was standing outside on the porch with a look of fear on his face. "Logan, what's wrong?" Jenna asked as all the girls stared at him. "Taylor isn't answering me, I'm going out to find her." He said. "I already talked to her, she said she'll be home soon." Juliet said with a confused look on her face. "That's not good enough, I'm so worried about her I haven't slept for days, I'll talk to you guys later. I'm gonna drive as fast as I could to get to the town I think she's at." Logan said as he ran off into the distance. "Juliet, where exactly did Taylor say she's at?" Dana asked. "She wouldn't tell me, but she said she'll be home soon, but all I wanna know is when is "soon." Juliet replied. "She's up to something, God, I feel like everyone is turning against us now." Stella said with a sad look on her face. "Let's just worry about ourselves for now, and let them deal with their relationship crisis without pulling us into it." Courtney said with an annoyed look on her face. "I agree with Court, if she doesn't want anything to do with us anymore, just let her go." Juliet agreed. "Let's head inside and work on some college stuff then." Jenna said as she shrugged her shoulders and walked inside the house as all of the girls followed.

Logan walked into his house with anxiety filled up all inside him. "Honey, what's wrong?" Logan's mom asked with a concerned look on her face. "I'm going out to find Taylor in my truck, please don't worry about me. I just need to go find her." Logan said as he began looking all around the house for his keys. "Please, please be careful and drive safe!" Logan's mom said with a smile as she hugged him. "You know I always do mom." Logan replied as he grabbed his keys and stormed out of the house as quickly as he could. He jumped right into his truck, started it up, and drove away from his house as fast as he could, as he made his way to the mountains he kept trying to call Taylors number over and over again, but he heard nothing but her voicemail over and over again.

Brooke began organizing all of the supplies and books for everyone for the college. "Brooke, are you sure you don't need help with all of this?" Stella asked with a laugh. "Nope! I'm fine! I like doing this stuff anyways." Brooke replied with a smile as she continued doing her work. "I'm so excited for this new chapter of our lives to start." Jenna said with a smile. "It's so nice to see you smile for once Jenna, I'm glad things are getting better for you." Dana said with a warm tone in her voice. "Things never seem to get better, but maybe they kind are. I'll always miss Rachel, but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna stop looking for her, I always will." Jenna said with an assured look on her face. "And you know we'll still help you with that until she's found!" Brooke said as all of the other girls agreed. "I'm a the only one kinda worried about Logan, he seemed unhinged when we were talking to him." Stella said with a concerned tone in her voice. "He's upset, I would be too if I was in his situation. At least we know Taylor is alive and well." Courtney said. "Yes, I get that. But he really seems like he was driving himself crazy." Stella said with a serious look on her face. "I've thought about that too." Juliet said as they all looked at each other. "He's gone, he must be miles and miles away from us with how fast he was driving." Dana said as she looked outside the window of Jenna's house. "Just let him be, he wants to find the love of his life. He can't live without her and we all know it." Courtney said with smile as she closed the curtain. "Let's just try and focus on our college work, and then we can worry about all of that later. This is super important and I'm so determined to get all this work done!" Jenna said with a positive tone in her voice.

Kathleen was folding the laundry upstairs in her bedroom, as she heard her phone ringing. "Hello?" She said. "Hi Kathleen, this is Logan's mom, I just wanted to call and ask you if you're daughter or any of her friends heard from him at all, he isn't answering my calls. I'm worried sick about him." Logan's mother said. "No, sorry. But I'll be sure to check with them right away." Kathleen replied with a confused look on her face. "Thank you!" Logan's mom said as she hung up the phone. Kathleen walked towards Jenna's bedroom door and opened it up and saw all the girls playing a board game. "Hi mom." Jenna said with a smile. "Have you girls heard from Logan? His mom just called me and she worried sick about him, she hadn't heard from him in hours." Kathleen said as she began to get nervous sweats. "Please don't tell me something happens to him." Juliet said as she began to get stiff in fear. "I tried to call him, but it says call failed." Dana said as she showed Kathleen the screen. "Just keep trying okay?" Kathleen asked as she closed the door. "This is really really bad. We need to try something!" Jenna said in fear as all the girls tried to call and text but they heard no reply. "We tried everything we could." Brooke said with a scared look on her face.

Logan was racing on the dark roads of the mountains, as he was trying to call Taylor and try and contact her, he was paying no attention to the roads what so ever. "Taylor, come on, pick up." He yelled at the top of his lungs, as he looked up at the road he saw the road was closed off, and if you went any further you would drop down off the cliff, he tried to slam on the breaks but he busted right through the sign and his car flew straight off the mountain and blew up into flames when it hit the bottom.
