Tom and Jackson take their guns and point them at me.

"Oliver, what are you doing? What are you talking about?" JJ says, trying to calm me down.

"Did you know she worked for Antigen?" I answer, with a harsh tone.

JJ signals his friends to lower their guns and says to me "How do you know that?"

"I remember her face, she was in the room I was in when I was in the hospital. She was talking with a man that I recognized as the CEO of Antigen." I reply.

"Let her go and we can talk about this. I can help you get her to talk." He said and I loosened my hold a little.

I pushed her towards one of the chairs and sat her down. Tom and Jackson helped me hold her.

"Talk. Why didn't you tell me you worked for Antigen?" JJ asks with a serious tone. I made my way beside him, to get a good look at her.

"I did work for Antigen. But I resigned a few days before the outbreak."

"What did you do to me? What was the serum that you gave me?" I said with an angry tone.

"I gave you the Defalia. It was supposed to help rebuild your tissue and help with your burns."

"What else do you know?" JJ says.

"Nothing else, I was just one of the ordinary scientists. I never got to the higher levels."

There was a long pause after what she said. JJ then signaled for the two to let her go.

"Go, before I let Oliver choke you to death." JJ says.

She ran out and towards the elevator, crying.

"What do we do now?" Tom asks, breaking the silence.

"Keep a close eye on her. Make sure she doesn't do anything out of the ordinary." JJ orders.

The two left afterwards. I was about to follow them out.

"Oliver, I need to talk to you." JJ called.

I stopped moving and faced him. He stood up and came towards me.

"Don't attack her again, take it easy." He tells me.

I simply nod in response. I left soon afterwards with Kat following me. After a few minutes of her following me, I broke the silence.

"Why are you following me?" I ask her.

"Well for one, you could need help getting back." She answers.

"I pick up on streets easily, I can find my way back." I tell her.

"Well, I don't have anything else to do but go to the range and practice." She tells me.

"Why don't I just go with you, I was just going to go for a long walk anyway."

"Follow me." She says, turning towards a different street.

I follow her until we reach a small house. When we got inside, I was surprised by all the weapons. She went straight to one side of the room and took two shotguns and two pistols. I came near her, helping her carry the guns. We went out to the back of the house. There were a few other people practicing their shots. We took an empty spot and placed the guns on a table.

"Well, first of, I guess I should show you the basics." She tells me. She then continues by telling me what each part of the shotgun and pistol is and what they do. She showed me how to load my gun, reload and aim. I was able to learn quickly.

"Now, watch and learn." She says, with a grin on her face. She turns toward the open field and shouts "Pull". I start the clay pigeon thrower and it starts throwing. One after the other, the clay pigeons explode midair as Kat shoots them with the shotgun. When I saw that she was out of shells, I went for the off button. But before I could reach it she let the shotgun slide down the strap and she pulled out her pistol and continued blasting more clay pigeons out.

"Turn... it... off..." She said in between breaths. I did as she said and then gave her a bottle of water.

"Nice shooting. You didn't even miss one." I congratulated her.

"Thanks." Was all she said.

I went to my shotgun and started the machine, and tried my luck at shooting some. I don't know how, but for some reason, my vision became more clear and I was able to see the clay pigeons better. I shot one after the other. I didn't know what came over me, but I copied what Kat did and took my pistol out and continued. I shut off the machine when I was out of ammo. When I turned back to Kat, she was in utter shock.

"How did you do that?" She asked with the craziest look I've seen on her face.

"I don't know." I simply answered.

"Did you take classes before? I haven't seen anyone do that but me." She asked standing up from her seat.

"Nope. I guess you're just a good teacher." I lied. Well, half lied. I never really took lessons before, never had the time. But I really don't know how I did that.

She simply gave me a smile. We continued practicing for a few hours. I found out a few things about Kat. She used to be a nurse, but her father taught her some things, such as how to shoot. Her mother died in a car accident. She had two other siblings, a ten year old sister and a sixteen year old brother, she was the eldest.

"There you two are. Cap has been looking for you. He wants to see both of you." Jackson says from behind me.
