The pain is searing white, burned into his skin.
Lance Mclain, caged.

Keith walked to him room, his footsteps echoing in the hallways. It was so quiet.<—––Keith's POV—–<<~
It's been four days since Lance was taken. We're all counting.
My room seems even more bland, pale empty walls and an almost bare bed.
I think Lances room must be colorful, blue and green posters messily stuck to his walls. Pressed flowers and polorid-like pictures scattered on his floor.
I know me and Lance fought, a lot, but he wasn't that.. bad sometimes. He had his soft moments. He tried like the rest of us.
I miss him.--
"Hey,"
"Hey."
"Allura says to get going."
A pause.
"Alright."
Lance smiled, looking up at the shimmery blue tinted sun that was setting over the forest, which hummed with alien insects, and danced with deep greens and blues.
"What are you doing..?"
Lance smiled, putting a leather covered book in his lap, laying down in the long grass strands, glazing at Keith with a soft smile."Y'know Keith, curiosity did kill the cat."
"Shut up and tell me."
"Stuff."
"Lance."
"Okay, okay, You can look for yourself."
Keith sat down, and Lance, without permission of corse, laid his head in Keith's lap, passing the book to Keith.Keith twirled Lance's hair and he gazed at the pages. Pressed flowers, quick scribbles of the different planets. Pictures of Lance with the different aliens he had befriended, silly pictures of the team.
A flash and a click.
"Here, you can add this one yourself Keith."
--I miss him.
