"son!" the chairman said flailing his arms around. he took steps closer to us and I continued to deny it, why did you do that taehyung? we had reached our feet. I looked away.

"ahh dad I told you not to do that when I'm at work!" huh?

hoseok bickered with his dad in between taehyung and I, and I saw taehyung laughing at the pair. I stood utterly confused and flustered. the chairman is hoseok' dad? so what the chairman meant was that taehyung had met hoseok and he wants their relationship to continue? what about being dropped off to work? I then remembered the morning I came out of taehyung's apartment and bumped into hoseok, who was picking taehyung up. right.

after going through a tiny mental breakdown about what just happened, I finally greeted hoseok and the chairman properly. but that doesn't change who yun hee is to taehyung.

the brief meeting ended and I excused myself and left work once more, different feelings clouding my thoughts. even after taehyung said that he liked me, I still couldn't help but feel disappointed that he had been keeping his distance with me and closing up the distance between other girls. it made me jealous.

as i left the hospital i felt footsteps following behind me. i turned around to confront the person.

"taehyung, please go, i don't want to talk to you right now." i looked down at my feet until i saw beige heels at my feet. i looked up, oh yun hee. whoops.

"i'm not taehyung." she let out a small giggle and i felt embarrased. she was pretty tall, the same height or even a bit taller than me. she looked a few years younger than me.

"i've heard a lot about you, do you want to grab a coffee?" i was slightly shocked at the fact that she wanted to go to a cafe with me, but even more shocked that she knew who i was.

"sure?" i half-willingly trailed behind her as we walked across the street to a small cafe. we sat down and ordered cake and drinks. the small chat began. hyori, don't let your guard down.

"so i heard you went to the same school as taehyung oppa?" 'taehyung oppa' ew.

"yeah i did," i took a sip of my chai latte.

"that's so cool, and now you work with him, it must be annoying though right?"  annoying for you not me.

"haha, well, i guess at times he is kinda childish." i plastered a smile on my face to keep the conversation positive.

"yeah sometimes he is a real jerk. mum always said that she was convinced he wasn't a huma-"

"mum?" i interupted her slightly confused.

"don't you know who i am?" she said smiling as if i was a lost sheep. i tried harder to think, and that's when it hit me.

"im his sister!" yun hee burst out laughing drawing a few annoyed stares, but a huge wave of relief came over me. i had been making so many assumptions this entire time and stressing myself out for nothing.

"oh my goodness, you would not believe what i have been thinking this entire time." i put my drink down putting my hand on my forehead in defeat and embarrassment.

"did you think i was his girlfriend or something?" she laughed along with me as i nodded. "gosh i don't think i could stand to be his girlfriend." my laughter came to a subtle end, what's so bad about being his girlfriend?

"hmph, yeah, i know right." i played along.

"aren't you dating him?" she said shocked. oh she knows?

"oh, i didn't think you knew?" i blurted out.

"of course i knew, that's why i came here! like i would miss my brother, i've seen his face too much already, i just wanted to check on my future sister in law-"

"woahh we're not getting married, actually we're breaking up in a few days-"

"WHAT. BUT I WAS SO HAPPY HE FOUND SOMEONE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. THEN HE WOULD MOVE OUT AND BE HAPPY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE THE HOUSE TO MYSELF. NO~" she had a small minor breakdown and i started to chuckle, thinking about how overdramatic she was and how she resembled myself at times.

"sorry hun, it's not happening." i gave her a sad smile.

"awwh please! please just stick with him for a bit longer, you might actually fall in love with him? he is a jerk, but he has a heart!" she tried to sell taehyung to me with puppy dog eyes and i felt that she was actually younger than i had first thought.

"what year were you born in?" i said, rather curious.

"1998. im 18." she gave a peace sign, feeling rather proud of her age. she is 4 years younger than me, gee. "it's acutally my birthday in a few months," she gave a winky face "you can totally shout me a meal on my birthday, i heard you guys earn a lot." kids these days.

"you're pretty young but you have a gucci purse and even a car?" i said eyeing the gucci purse beside her.

"the car is my parents," she took a sip of her iced coffee. "the gucci purse? it's taehyungs, i stole, it. he bought it with his first paycheck like a year back and swore he would give it to 'the one' but 'the one' hasn't come so i'm just using it for her." she looked at me with a feeling of realisation. "i've only used it like twice," she paused. "do you want it?" she emptied the few belongs inside and held it towards me.

i looked at the beautiful leather and logo in temptation. "it's not mine to have, and it's also not yours to 'hold' missy. you should give it back to taehyung." i gave a smile and she gave a look of defeat.

"okay." she dusted it off and put it away.

we continued to get to know eachother better, she was a real handful of excitement. we headed to a nearby park and i told her everything from how we first started and to how i thought she was his girlfriend. i told her about chang wook and how i thought that i liked taehyung, and that i thought he liked me. i complained about how he doesn't talk to me anymore, and that he hasn't said anything about the breakup or tried to stop it. she listened as if it were the season finale of her korean drama, eargerly paying attention to each detail. the sun was about to set.

"hyori. i really like you, i really do. i've made up my mind. i don't want taehyung to have any other girl but you." i blushed. "when i get home, i'm going to try asking taehyung about it. he's already told me so much about you, i'm sure he'll open up. i've got to get going now, but here's my number." she stood up from the park bench handing me a small sheet of paper with her number.

we bid our goodbyes and i walked home feeling lighter than before. yun hee is so cute.

i was about to fall asleep, but one last though lingered in my mind. i want that gucci purse.
