~~💔~~

Ever since that day, Reaper would always come back with more and more things. Soon, the small void looked more similar to a small living room, a small coffee table and carpet completing the look.

Geno had given up on his ploy to use the original Sans and instead invested time on finding a way out without dusting.
Reaper also did the same, besides his usual tasks of reaping dying souls. They both had agreed to one day see the stars together, where Geno could finally see the world for the first time.

~~~
"Heya."
Reaper peaked from behind the couch, for he had just teleported from his universe.
"Hey." Geno answered, though his back was turned as he was sitting on the floor.
"What'cha doing?"
"Nothing much. Just alone with my thoughts."
"Cool." The god slowly drifted towards Geno, peeking over his shoulder. Geno was fumbling with his scarf, his attention dead-set on it.
"Hey...So...A friend of mine is just DYING to meet you."
Geno didn't look at Reaper. "Really?"
"Yeah. She is even willing to wreck down time and space to get here."
Geno let out a small chuckle, before reprocessing Reaper's words.
He grinned. "'She'? Does someone like his friend~?"
Reaper went silent for a few seconds before laughing. "PFFFT. WHAT?! THE GODDESS OF LIFE AND THE GOD OF DEATH, TOGETHER??? HOW RIDICULOUS!!!"
Geno peered over at Reaper, which was on the 'ground' and holding his non-existent stomach. "Well, now that you tell me who she is...It DOES sound a little far-fetched."
Reaper's loud laughs subsided, his body slowly drifting back into the air. "Well...I was wondering..." He started, turning in the air to face Geno.
"The time you told me about food. I got you some spaghetti that my bro made, and then you started to tell me about food and HP. Something about food recovering HP?"
Geno raised a non-existent eyebrow. "Yeah? What about it?"
Reaper kept silent for a moment, hoping that Geno could at least know where he was going.
Luckily, Geno did, his eyes widening. "...You don't think...? The solution isn't that simple, idiot." Geno got to his feet, starting to walk away in quiet distress.
"WAITWAITWAIT, JUST HEAR ME OUT!" Reaper pleaded, flying after Geno.
"Listen! When you start to dust, you can just consume some food! Your HP won't be decreasing and you could live! You won't be stuck here forever anymore!"
"Yeah, and what if it doesn't work? I'll go back to the original sans...FOR GOOD this time."
The god flew in front of Geno, stopping the other in his tracks. "Please...Let me at least try..."
Geno stared directly into Reaper's empty eye sockets.
Then, Geno let out a sigh.
"...I...I trust you..."
Reaper formed a shaky grin. "Alright."
~~~

He was nervous. After their conversation, Reaper disappeared to retrieve monster food. Reaper had been gone for about two hours now.
Geno could hardly breathe correctly.

If this didn't work, he was going to vanish. He will be erased from all of existence. It was a fate worse than death. It was the abyss.
