plot: Kim Tae-Hyun (Joo Won) is an excellent surgeon, but he is constantly harassed by debt collectors due to his younger sister. His younger sister requires expensive kidney dialysis. To make more money, he goes to see patients privately for a high fee. He doesn't care whether these patients are criminals as long as they can pay him.
Tae Hyun becomes a pawn in the chief's priority of catering to VIP patients within the hospital. But his life changes when he meets Han Yeo Jin (Kim Tae-Hee), a chaebol heiress, who has been in a coma for three years. Tae Hyun helps Yeo Jin to wake from her sleep.

review: Who doesn't love undercover surgeon type themes?? I'm actually INSANE about medical dramas, and this one just made everything THAT much better!! This drama started out SCRONGG af but as it neared the end, it got a little boring & predictable. I really wished they kept the plot and character development as sturdy as it was in the beginning. However, this is a really enjoyable drama overall.
Honestly, the female lead is GORGEOUS. But things started to derail (character development-wise) once they cut her hair towards the middle/end of the drama & I lost a little bit of my interest. I understand that cutting hair in dramas is a sign of emotional/mental "change" that shows that they're growing out of their shell, but I wasn't the biggest fan of her change.
