plot: Set at an art university, the youth romance drama "Festival" depicts the sweat and tears of students who run towards their dreams of love and friendship.
Kyu-Won (Park Shin-Hye) is a bright girl and a highly skilled gayageum player. She is in the Korean traditional music department. Kyu-Won also comes from a family who has one of the three best pansori singers in the world. Shin (Jung Yong-Ha) is a cold and refined young man, while being a highly skilled guitarist. He is in the applied music department. They come from different family backgrounds and have an argument, but then start to like other.

review: PLEASE don't judge this drama based on it's cover!! Be aware that this was released in 2011 so the quality isn't that great, and this was the beginning days of Park Shin Hye's career, so her skills weren't the BEST but it was still good! The plot could have been more developed, but overall it was a great drama!
I was in love with the male lead's role.. and he looked soo good in this! I thought the chemistry between the two main leads was poPPING, I really did ship them so hard while watching this!!
Plus, Park Shin Hye is my second favorite actress (after Lee Sung Kyung) of all time!! If you watched Heirs, you could definitely tell the weight she lost since acting in this drama. However, she looks gorgeous even in this drama!!

[If you guys don't know what The Return of Superman is, it's basically a show where little babies/toddlers interact with their fathers (who usually had no experience taking care of kids) and in this specific episode, special guests (kpop celebrities) babysat for these little kids]
