As they walked through the crowded fair, she in front of him, he took out his wallet to check if he had enough money to buy his fiance some colourful glass bangles.
"You don't know me" she had said before they left for their little outing. It was his time to show her that he did know her.
He was surprised when she walked past the bangle stalls like they were of no interest to her.
She kept walking down narrow alleyways and finally stopped at the foot of an old building. Pushing the front door open, she walked in like she was no guest. Gazing at the interior of the house he smiled.
The walls were lined with thousands of books. She took out a blue hardcover and her face lit up as she ran through the pages.

Maybe he really didn't know her.
