Flashback to 10 years ago

When you were both only 6 years old, you and your twin brother Kuroko Tetsuya were in kindergarten. You both were like peas in the pot which no one can separate both of you. You both always have each other. You are always worried about your brother because he was born deaf and mute. He couldn't speak and hear so you have to use sign language to talk to him. It was kind of cool too because you and Tetsuya were always in another world with languages that you both know and not many people know. Many people were jealous of your relationship with your brother and it is hard to work together with a deaf and mute person. One day, when you went to get your coat, Tetsuya was cornered by a bunch of big bullies. They started punching and kicking him. You were happily walking towards him with your favourite purple coat so that both of you can walk back home together. To your horror, you saw them hitting your one and only brother, you dropped your purple coat , ran towards your brother and sheltered him. You glared at the bullies and punched them as hard as you could.

"Don't you ever dare to mess with my brother! If you do, you will totally get from me." You snarled at them and flashed your baby blue eyes of anger at them.

The big bullies ran for their lives and you turned to your brother , Testsuya to see if he is alright. He smiled at you and you gave him a hug.

"I will protect you!" You said while using sign language so that he can understand what are you talking about.

Kuroko Tetsuya's P.O.V

I feel ashamed of myself, my little sister have to protect me because of my disability. I can't let her protect me all the time. I need to store up my courage and protect her in my own way. How could I do this? I'm a guy right. Guy will always be a knight of the shining amour for the girl and I'm older than her a few minutes. I'm her big brother that she could count on and not a big brother that depend on her. I have made my decision I'm going to train myself up doing judo, taekwando, basketball and polish up my studies. This will help me in my self-defense and also I can help my sister in her studies too. Wait (Your name)! Ni-san, will be a person that can protect you soon.

Your P.O.V

Finally, I get enough money to buy a new earpiece for my brother so that he can hear me talking again. I'm so happy that I could surprise him with it. Hopefully it fits his ear and it is suitable for him too. I already get the instructions from our family doctor who always takes care of him. Hope that this will help him out around dangerous places. The world today is so horrible, car speeders which always have hit and run cases and also snatch theft been snatching people's things by sitting on motorbikes. I really worry for my brother.

I was walking along the alley because I just want to use the shortcut back to my house. Little did I know they are a bunch of guys following me behind. I could feel my spine froze up and next thing I knew I was running as fast as I could. The guys ran along too and I stop my tracks because there is a dead end.

'Oh-no! This is the end of me!' I thought in my heart, feeling numb on my legs and hands.
