Slowly, a door creaked open, and a face appeared inside of the doorway. "And what do you think of this lovely house Mrs.Kearty (Key-are-tee)?" A contempt house salesman asked kindly. "Well, I guess we will have to take a look inside so I can answer you! The outside is gorgeous though." Evelyn answered. She paused for a moment to look back at her 15 year old daughter. "Robyn?" Silence came for a moment. Then, a pretty, ethnic looking girl, with dark hair, and blue/gold eyes (awfully strange for her race), looked back up at her mother. Robyn, whom was lost in thought, simply replied with; "Hmm?" There was a slight wavering breathe on Robyn's tongue as Evelyn made an odd face. "Well?" Mrs.Kearty asked "What do you think?" Robyn looked a little shocked that her mom would ask for her advice. "Oh, it's... interesting! I was just..." Robyn looked away harshly, reminding herself that her opinion probably didn't matter anyways. "Nevermind." To which her mother responded, "No, what is it? Is something wrong?" "Well, it's just that I was hoping for some more spanish architecture... or something" She said that last bit rather sharply. "Ya ok, I think that sounds good too." Evelyn gave Robyn a knowing look as she turned away. That look always annoyed Robyn for some odd reason, even though it was meant to reassure her. Then, a boy, about 16 or 17 years old, left a neighboring driveway on his skateboard, and the mom and daughter walked inside the house with the overly perky agent. The boy skated by the driveway as Robyn was closing the door behind her, so they both proceeded in nodding hello to each other. The door closed gently, and Robyn realized it would be nice to have another human her age in the neighbourhood she was moving into. Especially, if he was as Spanish as he looked.
