"You what?" Jai asked in disbelief.
"I sent James and some of the guards after her." Luke said calmly to his brother.
"You can't just force her over here, she'll hate it." Jai argued, he had his morals.
"I brought girls here before." Luke shrugged off, both brothers were seated on the balcony, watching the younger girls play in the field. Their cousins, only the age of six played with the other girls that were allowed in the castle.
"They only came here because they wanted to. I know for a fact that this Annabelle doesn't want to be here." Jai said, looking at his brother.
"I don't care, I want her." Luke said taking a sip of his tea. The boys sat opposite of each other, if anyone were to see them they would think it was a regular conversation.
"Just because you want her doesn't mean you can bring her here, Luke." Jai said standing up from his seat and walking back to his room.
"Whatever." Luke muttered, taking another sip from his cup and he angrily got up. He had to prepare for his guest.
..
Annabelle opened her yes, only to hear birds chirping and sunlight hitting her face. She woke up and sat up. Suddenly everything came back to her, the knights taking her and her getting put in a carriage. She was tired, drained and done. She wasn't in a carriage but in a bed...
"Ah you're awake." A voice said and Annabelle jumped. She looked over to where the noise came from and gasped.
"Wh-What am I doing here?" She said looking around the room.
"Your here to be here with me." Luke said and Annabelle's head snapped to him.
"I-I want to go home." She said and Luke's grin fell.
"I heard of the hardship you put my guards through." He answered back, making Anna's eyes widened.
"Let me go please." Annabelle said hoping the prince would get sick of her fighting. Instead Luke smiled, ready for the challenge.
"Make yourself at home." Luke said, leaving the room.
....
The dor opened and Annabelle jumped. She decided to not leave the room, she's been looking out the window to the field.
"Hey." Jai greeted walking over to where Annabelle sat.
"Hello Prince Jai." She said with a slight smile. she turned her gaze back to the window. she was sitting hugging her knees on the couch near the window door that led to the balcony. Jai was sat next to her.
"Just call me Jai." He said with a warm smile. He knew Annabelle didn't want to be here, and to be trapped without a friend...well thatâs hell.
"Ok...Jai." Annabelle said, now all her attention was on him.
"So what do you like to do?" Jai asked, sitting back casually.
"Oh um...I like to paint or sketch, basically art in general." Annabelle said, and Jai smiled.
"Really?" He asked, this new found information made him have something in common with her.
"Yeah you probably remember the art store." Annabelle said and Jai nodded.
"You art is terrific, that painting I bought is hanging in my room right now." Jai said and Annabelle smiled in return, before their conversation could progress Luke entered the room.
"Hello Jai." Luke said smiling at his twin brother.
"Uh...Hi?" Jai said and Luke walked over to the two.
