Jasmine's POV:

After spending the whole day with Zack I watched him pull out of the drive way. I closed the door behind me. It was getting late and I could hear Frankie coming down stairs.

"Does mom know?"

"About him?" I asked. "Yeah." he said.

"Yeah they just haven't had the chance to meet yet." I said walking away from the door about to go up to my room. "Don't you think this is a little rushed Jas? You just met two days ago." He said with his arms crossed.

"Three actually." I turned toward him on the stairs causing my hair to flip to flip onto my opposite shoulder.

"Oh wow," he said sarcastically. "Frankie why are we talking about this? Do you not like him?"

"I just think it's odd that you guys are already dating."

"Oh well... okay." I shrugged with sass and went up to my room.

I understand what he's saying but if we're happy then it doesn't really matter. Zack's alot better than my ex. We only dated for a month and a half. He was kind of boring with no personality and didn't even care about my personality.

The next day Chandler was downstairs with Frankie.

"Chandler I didn't know you were here." I said pleasantly putting my hand on his shoulder. "Hey hows it going?" he said without taking his eyes off the game. "Fine, fine how's the car coming along?"

"uh... what?" he said confused.

 what?" he said confused

"Your dad's car... you, Cody and Marcus were working on it."

"Jasmine you're distracting him!" Frankie said but I ignored his comment.

"oh, uh, yeah, it's... coming along." He said to me while till gaming at the same time. Aha I really was distracting him. "Okay well I'll stop being a distraction now and leave you two alone." They both mumbled something along the lines of Okay or Yeah.

I went up stairs to see that my mom had come home.

"Hi mom." I said pulling her into a hug. "Hi hun, what are you up to?"

"Nothing but I might go out with Nikki later." I said answering a text on my phone.

"Okay, that's nice. Has your brother been out today?"

"No he's downstairs with Chandler but I'm sure he'll get him out."

"Hope to god he does." she said setting down the groceries. "So when do I get to meet the boy?" She said as I started to help her put them away. "Anytime." I smiled looking down. "Why don't we have him over for dinner tomorrow, on the patio. It'll be nice out."

"I'd love that thank you. I can make it this time."

"What ever you'd like. Why don't you have Chandler come too?" She said. I had to think about that for a moment.

"I'd love to but don't think that'd be a little... I don't know awkward?" I said truthfully. "Oh honey don't be silly, I don't think so but whatever you want. But why would you think that?"

I was about about to say something along the lines of Zack maybe feeling offended by me having Chandler there, which was what I was thinking, but I didn't say it.

"Actually, I don't know. I am being silly of course he should be there, he's my best friend. I'll ask him when he comes up."

"Yes you should he can keep Frankie company you know when it comes your boyfriends he can be a little awkward at times, but only if you want too." my mom said. "No I do." I said truthfully.

My mom loved Chandler and so did I so I actually felt bad hesitating to invite him.

I texted Zack immediately to ask him to come and he responded right after with a yes and hearts. I was really excited for this and really hoping that my mom would like him because she certainly didn't like my ex.
