Jasmine's POV:

"What the hell was that?" I said to Frankie pissed off. "What?"

"Seriously, why do you have to be so immature and embarrassing?!"

"They were just questions Jasmine relax."

"You put him on the spot on his first dinner with us! With all your weird questions and statements. Why did you do that? Bringing up his dating history, that's none of your business!"

"Well then it should be yours."

"If you really wanted to know you could have asked him when you were alone, not in front of mom and Chandler! Or ask him when you get to know him better, you just fucking met!"

"Did you know that he was with someone before?" He challenged. I hesitated for a moment. "It's not a shocker and it doesn't matter."

"Like hell it does! He hasn't even told you yet?!"

"We've only been together a few days!" I defended. "Then why the fuck are you dating him?!"

"You're so irrelevant why do you care?! It's my relationship!" I was starting to raise my voice. "Because you're oblivious and don't see shit!" Frankie got louder than me.

"What the hell's going on with you two?" My mom said walking into the living room where we were. "What's that supposed to mean?" I said continuing to argue with Frankie ignoring my mom. "Just forget it." He said putting his hands up in a shrug walking away.

"What's the matter?" My mom asked again. "Tell Frankie he needs to grow up and not attack my boy friend." I said walking away in annoyance.

The next day I saw Chandler getting home from his car. I wondered where he went. I thought i'd go talk to him about last night.

"Hey," I said flipping my brown hair behind me. "Hey Jas." He said squinting at me in the sun. He was so cute.

"What's up?" I said giggling a little

"What's up?" I said giggling a little. "Just hadda run to the bank." He shrugged looking down. He seemed to be acting funny. "Chandler... what's wrong?"

"What?" he said awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.

"You seem a little off."

"Oh nothing just tired." Obviously that was a lie but if it was a big problem he'd tell me so I didn't want to bother him about it.

"Okay," I said with concern. "Anyway I just wanted to say thanks again for coming and to apologize about Frankie." I said smoothing out my skirt on my thighs.

"What about Frankie?"

"The way he was acting towards Zack during dinner."

"Oh, it's nothing." He shrugged. He really didn't seem himself. "You sure you're okay?" I asked. "Yeah." He shrugged with a small smile.

"Okay

"Okay." I said looking at him for a moment and then giving him a hug.

"See ya." He said after I let go of him. "bye."

I knew something was wrong with him right away. I always did with Chandler but I didn't want to bother him if he said he was fine although I'd prefer to dig it out of him because I care I also didn't want to upset him.

Later on I went to Zack's house. We watched a movie and he fell asleep. It was getting late.

"Zack..." I shook him. "Yeah?" He said opening his eyes. "It's 1:30 I should go home." I said softly to him. "Okay, I'll walk you out."

"Oh, before I go I forgot to say earlier that I'm sorry for the way that my brother Frankie was acting yesterday. He's just immature sometimes and protective."

"It's alright. No big deal." He shrugged. "Well it's a big deal to me and it won't happen again." I said grabbing his hands. "Thank you." He said leaning close to kiss me. "You probably don't like him so other than him do you like my mom?"

"Jasmine it's okay, and yes I do like your mom. She's very nice."

"Good... and what about Chandler?"

"Uh... yeah but he seemed kind of quiet and protective."

"Oh," I said a little surprised hearing that from him. "It's not personal he's just quiet when he meets new people when you get to know him you'll see he's not quiet." I laughed a little. "And him being protective it's always been that way with us, my mom would always tease him to watch out for me so it kind of just stuck."

"Oh, alright that's cool."

"Yeah so trust me you'll get to know him better."

"I can't wait I feel like I know him better already." He said. "Kay, I gotta go but goodnight, love you." I said. "Love you too." He said closing the door behind me.
