Storms prov.

I wake up in a warm bed and I smile I haven't slept like that in a really long time. I looked around and saw it was dark.

I gasped as a arm all of a sudden wrapped around my waist and pulled me toward a body. I looked behind me and saw it was Lucas. I froze completely, I couldn't move.

I wait as his breath steadied. I pushed his arm off of around me. His hair was one side. I got out of the bed and walked to the window.

The sun is going to come up in an hour or two. I yawn I'm still tired. I can't even keep my eyes open. I walk back to the bed. Honestly I don't care who is in the bed I'm tired and I want to sleep.

I close my eyes and as I slowly drifted off to sleep I felt an arm around my waist but I was far to tired to stay awake so I drifted into darkness.

Lucas prov.

I wake up and the first thing I noticed is Storm close to me and my arm around her wait. I move my hand away in shock but she doesn't wake up.

I get up and put on my jacket and went downstairs. Everyone was still asleep. Chaz was holding Thalia close to him. Daniel was sleeping next to Phoenix and Jason was on the couch.

I looked every where in the kitchen and finally found what I was looking for, a gas bottle. I put it on and light it with a match. I put a small silver kettle over it and let the water inside cook, coffee here I come. I look in the kitchen and find sugar, coffee that's still good to use and Creamora( it's to like substitute the milk but it like powder).

I wake up Jason, Daniel and Chaz. Chaz and Daniel wake up Phoenician and Thalia. I go upstairs and lightly shake Storm.

"Leave me alone I'm sleeping" she said waving her hand around and I laughed
"How do you like your coffee" I said
"2 sugars 1 coffee, no milk Creamora" she said and put a pillow over her head
"Okay" I said laughing.

I go down stairs and make her coffee and I made me some. Everyone else did the same. I go upstairs and put my coffee on the bed side table
"Storm here's coffee" I hummed and almost instantly she sat up and took the cup. She put it under her nose and took a deep breathe.

"Oh how I've missed you" she said and took a sip. "Oh my God it's delicious"
"Yeah I know I made it" I said sitting next to her and drank my coffee.
"Thanks by the way" she said
"No problem, how are you?" I asked and it looked like she froze.
"What do you mean?" She said trying to avoid the question
"I mean yesterday that guy he almost-"
I was cut off by her
"I just don't want to talk about it yet" she said and I nodded.
"We should get moving let's get to the Riverside but sunset at least." I said
"Okay I'll be down in a minute." She said grabbing her stuff.

We went down stairs and I saw Phoenix holding a bow and black arrow tips. Thalia was swinging a sword around and she smiled.
"Storm check this out" she said and she did a back flip and cut a pillow in half
"Cool" Storm said. "Ok let's get going"
"Ok" everyone moaned.

I look at her and her hair was wavy and it made her blue eyes pop she looked, beautiful. She was a great leader.

I mean from my prospective we all follow her so technically she is the leader and she is a better one so I'm not judging.

We drive the whole day. We would stop now and then. I drove next to Storm and everyone drove inside the car, Pft babies
We get to the river side earlier than expected.

There was a small cabin about a mile away from the river. We cleaned it out the place had 3 corpses. The bathrooms were covered in blood it looked like a butchers house there was even a hand laying in the corner.

Storm grabbed her sniper and put it around her body.
"I'm going to the river" she called out and she left.

Storms prov.

I walk to the river, the dirt road was uneven and covered in rocks. I get to the river and look down at the bank. The river is a bit lower, I could stand there I think.

I look down the side of the river banks. Something shiny catches my eyes. I see something white and navy blue. I jog towards it and soon find out its a body.

A boy that has blondish brownish hair and he looked pail. He was wearing a silver crucifix around his neck. I bend down next to him and put my ear to his chest. There's still a heartbeat.

I press down on his chest and give him mouth to mouth. I do it a third time and he coughs up water. I push him to his side and he spits the water out.

"You okay?" I asked and he nodded
"What's your name" I asked but he didn't answer but he drew something in the sand Xander.
"Don't talk?" I asked and he shook his head no. "My names Storm, I think it would be best if you join our group" I said and he nodded his head.

I helped him up and we walked to the cabin and as we came in. I helped him to a room and he dried himself off and laied on the bed and fell asleep.

"Who's that?" Lucas asked me and the whole group stood by me.
"His names Xander but he doesn't talk" I said
"Why?" Thalia asked
"Cat got his tongue?" Jason asked
"Maybe his traumatized most kids do that if there been through something hectic " Lucas said.
"Yeah I thinks that's why he doesn't speak" I said.

I wonder what his been through.
