#4 Dancing Red Figures

A bonfire had started at the beach tonight. We had been surfing all day with Abby, and we were exhausted. We didn't mind however, we had always pushed ourselves past our limits, even from when we were young. We knew when to quit so it was alright. Me and Hayley walked down to the beach holding hands as our bodies were close together. We were by the ocean after all and it was cold and dark... we were going to meet Abbs down there. Hayley switched on her phones flashlight as we walked down the shoreline, trembling from our shoulders to our toes. More me then her though. She had wore a hoodie and some snowflake covered pajama pants, where as I on the other hand wore a tank top and a white skirt with black spirals all over it.

We reached the bonfire, to where maybe 50 people were dancing, talking, drinking, chilling and some even kissing their significant others. I couldn't lie though, many of the guys here were as hot as the fire in the pit, and the girls were like angels. Not all of them of course but still... I was always a ugly wart on the face of my schools body. I'm very skinny, (not too skinny hopefully) I have long blonde hair, but I dyed it black and purple a week or so back. I wanted a change. My blonde hair was a reminder of my family back then... but now it was okay, when the dye fades I'll be okay with blonde hair. I also have cobalt blue eyes which is my only good feature... I had very contoured cheek bones and a small chest compared to those at my school. My stomache wasn't quite toned but it was close. Unlike me, Hayley was the schools beautiful eyes. She had curly chestnut hair, hazel eyes and she has the most modelic body out of everyone at our school. I'm amazed that she even talked to someone as ugly as me...

We walked over near the fire and sat down on one of the logs. Abby jolted up to us with a spring in her step. "Heyyyyy!!!!! So I have like 2 guys I wanna introduce to you! One is my baeee and the other is my guy friend Isaac!!!!" (A/N: hi golden... huehuehue) Abby shrilled.
"Calm" Hayley said just barely touching Abbs. Abby immediately let out a deep breathe and then she skipped away.

"You know so many people Hayley.., so many friends" I said, almost jealous.
"Maybe... but they say the only friend you need is your best friend" she smiled wrapping an arm around my shoulders. Abby skipped back with two guys by her side. She was holding the one on the rights hand, whom was presumably her boyfriend. He was way taller then the rest of us with a goatee and a faux hawk hairstyle. Interesting taste in guys you got there. The guy on her left was looking to the ground, his barely visible red cheeks continued to grow redder. His hair fell near his eyes and it was kind of adorable. He had icy blue eyes and black as coal hair. He wore a darkish grey tee and some jeans as well. His gaze shifted up to me, and friendly smile grew on his quite charming face. I returned the smile. "This is Robbykins" Abby chirped swinging his hand back and worth. He seemed a bit embarrassed but smile nervously anyways. "Robbykins" scratched the back of his neck before waving to us in silence. Abby wrapped a arm around the guy who was supposedly Issac and cooed "and this is Isaac, he's shy but he's adowable and sweet once you getz to know him!"
"Forgetting grammar and pronunciation again Abbs"
"So are You!!!" She retorted, but out of self doubt she mumbled, "I think..."
"Nice to meet you 'Robbykins'... Isaac..." I smiled I let out a hand to Isaac. He looked shocked before taking it and shaking my hand.
