*This is a double story chapter post. I need to clear some thing up. I've seen a few people wondering if Caitlin is actually dead. She is actually dead. I was debating to kill her off in the first place but I decided the story needed someone to die to make the thinker that much more evil. I'm going to be totally honest. I do not like Caitlin. She just annoys me a little. My dislike for her was not my cause for killing her off.*

(Barry's POV)

We bury Caitlin on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We all somberly stood by the grave. Once the pastor had left we all said our goodbyes. "Goodbye Caitlin. You were so good to me and nice. You helped me become the man I am today." I choke back tears. I step back and let Julian go forward. He lays a bouquet of roses on the grave. "When we first met, I didn't expect to fall so madly in love with you. I'm going to miss you until the day I die." Julian sobs. Cisco puts his hand on Julian's shoulder. "She was the best friend anyone could have asked for." Cisco says tearfully. We all say our goodbyes.

Star labs is quieter without Caitlin. She brought a lot of light to the team. I turn on a monitor. "What are you doing?" Cisco asks somberly. "I'm going to hunt down the man who wanted Caitlin dead. This is the last time someone dies because of me." I snarl. Cisco looks taken aback. Iris puts her hand on my shoulder and nods. She agrees.

*3 Weeks later*

August has come and gone. There hasn't been a single meta attack since Caitlin died. The team misses her but not as much as Julian misses her. Iris and I have been planning the wedding. We decided it's going to be on September 30th. In bed that night Iris and I think about what it'll be like to be married. "What do you think it'll be like being married?" Iris asks. I grin. "Well it won't be much different but people will now that you're forever mine." I smile. Iris's smile grows. "They'll know we're made for each other." She whispers in my ear. I kiss her. "They'll know that our son will be born an Allen." I tell her. She smiles. "Of course they'll know."
