My Pirate Family(One Piece fanfic)

A part of the battle with the Black Cat pirates

It would have been cool if I updated when I got 1000 reads.....buuuuut....I am a very lazy person that does not like doing a lot of work and try to keep myself as far as possible from any kind of work, I didn't do that. Well I had a laziness competition with Shikamaru(from Naruto) the other day and I won. I know I won because of course I can go to the anime world and ask for a laziness competition with another lazy person without being rejected or be thought weirdly of! So......... Here's the story.......

I woke up the latest out of everyone, they were all up and waiting for the Kuro pirates to come. It annoyed me how they didn't call me up but then I wouldn't of seen them perched on the cliff looking out to the sea like strange birds. I flew to them and looked at the sea.....Now I was really starting to wonder if we were on the wrong side of the island or not, just because Kuro had his conversation with that strange dude, Jango, it didn't mean that they will invade from this side of the island.

"Yo, Natsuki," Luffy greeted and waved a hand at me while grinning.

I sat down next to him and gazed out at the sea. By looking at the sun, I think it's probably nearly midday so the Kuro pirates should be appearing any time now but there's no sign of movement out on the sea, I'm really wondering if we were on the wrong side of the island. I sighed and put a hand on my hat then leaned back on my other hand and looked at the sky. I felt a rumble on the ground and I heard faint voices and shouts.......... I'm guessing all our hard work is gonna go down the drain.

"Oi, mina, it seems like they decided to attack from the other side of the island," I say.

Annoyingly Nami said," Oi, mina, can you hear that?" at the same time as me and they decided to listen to her because I was just another soul that needed to be sent to heaven(soul society) and was invisible to humans. Just joking, they just didn't hear me/ chose to ignore me because Nami asked a question and I said a statement. Well I grabbed Luffy by the collar of his red vest and took off to the sky, I'm sure the others will come soon enough. I could see a crowd forming on the beach and they were already running towards the cliffs.

I heard choking sounds and looked down, Luffy was uh.....choking on his red vest that I was holding onto, ehehehehe. I let go and he started falling. 

"AAAYYEEEEEEE!!!" he screamed as he fell. He stopped falling, he continued screaming.

We had to get there fast or the pirates would evade soon. To make matters worse, Luffy 'accidentally' dropped his hat and his hat flew of somewhere so he jumped off my wind current and went to find his hat, I followed him because I knew he was gonna get lost other wise. I got his hat for him but he already stretched his hand towards it so my wind knocked his hand away and I got the hat but his arm kept on going and grabbed a tree branch and Luffy crashed into the tree causing the tree to fall. Now we managed to make a scene and people in the town were gathering so now I couldn't fly off with Luffy because they would know that we were devil fruit users and that would be bad because they might not welcome people with strange powers. 

Well, this was going well, isn't it? The pirates are probably half way up the hill already and I'm here with Luffy trying not to cause trouble or make the villagers think that there was a battle that would decide their fate going on right by the beach just outside their village. Hopefully Nami, Usopp and Zoro are there, well I hope that Zoro is there, Nami wasn't much use on the battle field and Usopp wasn't the best at fighting either. I turned myself into wind competely and flew up to check the situation, Usopp was already there and Nami was almost there and Zoro was still stuck at the starting point trying to get up the hill covered in oil........ This MAY turn out very badly. Usopp really did want to save his village so his strong will may help him defeat the Kuro pirates that are known for their cruelty and merciless killing. I went back down to Luffy who of course patiently waited where he was a second ago. He was no where to be found, I sighed and went looking for him.......
