I felt like a deer caught in headlights, their eyes just seemed to follow me. I try hard not to shudder but I get goosebumps and I'm starting to feel dizzy. I'm the first to break eye contact and look down at my shoes. Breathe. Breathe. You're okay.

"Why hello there." a smooth silky voice. I looked up to find the source and there was the first boy. "I'm Nicholas." We were about the same height, with black hair, light brown eyes, and light skin. He also had a mischievous smirk on his face that made me think that he got into a lot of trouble. Although he had a slight scrawny appearance, he still needed to grow.

"Hi." that's it I don't really want to start a conversation with this strange boy.

"Wow aren't you a conversationalist." He eyed me up and down and then winked at me.

Well he's on the top of my list of people to stay completely away from. Then a hand smacked him in the back of the head I looked to the side and found the owner. "Nick stop being creepy, sorry my kid brother can be stupid sometimes."

"Oww Avery that hurt!"

"Well then you shouldn't be a little creep when you meet someone."

They kept going back and forth like this, this guy looked so much like his mother, the same black hair and dark skin, but light brown eyes. He seemed to have a better personality than the other one that's for sure. He was slightly muscular but a good size for age.

"That's enough. Stop it." the voice made me tense up. The last son had a husky voice and he was obviously the oldest. He was a lot better built than the other two, he was tall and lean, he looked like a younger version of his father but he had his mother's beautiful green eyes. We made eye contact but it broke when their father started talking.

"Sorry about that Olivia, but these two always seem to find a way to argue," he shoots a glare at Nicholas and Avery. They both stop, "ah and this is my oldest, Rowan," his gestured towards the stern looking one. He merely nodded his head and looked away.

Honestly he's my favorite. He doesn't speak.

"Er, well he's the oldest, Avery is the middle child, and Nicholas is the youngest."

"That's enough of that, we'll get better acquainted later we came here for a reason and that's to pray in memory of Daniel's father." It seemed like Andrea figured out how uncomfortable I was getting because she winked once she dragged her son's away from me. I just stood there staring at the floor.

"Ollie, you okay?"

I looked up and faced my dad, "dad I don't know if I can do this."

He sighed, "I know that I'm pushing it but they're nice people just give them a chance, for me?"

I really just wanted to go back to my room but I agreed and followed him to the living room where we started praying for grandpa.

I open the door and head towards the porch steps. I shiver slightly from the cold and sit down on the steps. I had to get away from all of them. I don't mind my dad asking this of me but I need a break I deserve a break. After the prayers Nicholas kept trying to start a conversation with me usually it started with an awful pick up line he would then proceed to compare me to some cliche natural view. Avery would smack him and another argument would start continued by a scolding from Rowan.
