Maybe I should keep it all in my head. Tell Roman no more, all I'm doing is hurting him. This is the first time I've actually seen him cry. Except the one time when we were 7 and he fell out of the tree house my grandpa made for us. Seeing Roman break just... brings out how much my heart hurts. I don't want to hurt anyone anymore..
"Roman.. I don't want to lose you.", I croak out as I reach for him. Roman strangely just looks at me like he's looking past me. There's still tears rolling down his face. "I need to go. If you need me, you have my number.", he says as he gets his stuff and leaves.
I now am sitting by myself. In a room.
Full of white.
