Star POV

"B-b-but how," I said confused. They all looked at me with a smirk. Their arms got longer. Their teeth grew sharper. Their eyes started to glow bright red, with the blood dripping down their face. They started slowly approaching me. I backed up slowly. I looked over at Charles. He was fine. I grabbed his hand and ran with him close by. The monsters started chasing us. Knowing Charles he picked me up bridal style and ran. He could run faster like that anyways so I had to deal with it.

After a while, we came across a cabin different from the rest of them. We knocked. An old man opened the door. "Get in!!" He practically yelled. He shut the regular door and shut a metal door behind it. "What are y'all doing out there?" The old man said with a grump.

I shot up and opened my eyes to realize it had just been a dream. I'm still at the farmer's house. The farmer still hurt. Charles being right next to me. "Wow calm it Star it's just me," Charles said. "We have to go the clowns are closing in on us we can't stay here," he said as he started packing our stuff into roller suitcases because easy to travel with. (Lol). I was scared I held my face into his chest I didn't want to see anything. I was terrified for him and his life I wanted him to be safe. I didn't want him to get hurt. I didn't know why he cared for me so much. We barely knew each other. And now he's saving my life. I never understood why. He grabs the bags and puts on the backpack he had grabbed and I grabbed my suitcase. Well, he took it from my hand and carried it. T-T "I could have carried that ya know, "I said, "Well I wanted to help you," he said.

As we walked out of the house the old man had passed. Be for we left we had dug a hole for him and gave him a proper burial. After we did that we started walking away from the house. "When will this end," I asked. "I don't know but your safe with me," he said grabbing my hand. I smile widely.
