They Come Back Different

He realized that the door was also opened.  "Hello, anyone here?" he asked as he walked into the room.  He looked around and saw nothing, he figures he'll check the bathroom and in the bathtub there lay two bodies, which look like a couple.  "What the hell is going on here," he muttered when he heard a loud horrifying voice of a creature.   He quickly ran back to the stairway, opened the door proceeded to run up the steps to stop without looking back.   He looks about, he was finally on the tenth floor.   He ran down the hall to his room where Harold was still waiting.

Luke waited for the elevator.   It showed up after ten more minutes.  He stepped into the elevator and someone else was already inside also heading to the tenth floor.   "Oh, hi, boy this baby took a long time in coming." he said with a grin  "Not really, I only waited for about two minutes." she replied  "Really I've been down there waiting for a good hour." he replied  "Oh, well, you finally got you ride." she repel   "Ture, by the way, I'm Luke." he said  "I'm Darlene.  Here on vacation?" she asked  "Yes, something like that." he replied  "Why would you stay at this hotel, we there is a perfectly good one across the ocean?" she asked  "What do you mean?  This place is beautiful." he repelled  "Just remember what you see isn't always what's in front of you. We're here, the tenth floor." said Darlene as the elevator stops.  Luke steps off and turns to say goodbye, when he glanced back, there was no one there.

"What?  Where did the lady go?" he muttered  "Where did who go?" asked Jake was now exiting the emergency stairway.   "Now, you finally getting up here?" asked Luke  "Dude, we need to talk.  But first I need me some water." he said as he headed to his room.   They quickly knock on the door, and Harold answer.  "About time you get back.  It's boring and I do believe I came here to have fun," he said   

"Fine Harold just get ready and we're out of here," he said to get rid of him.   "Wait, you not going through with it, are you?" Luke asked  "I have no choice, I owe too much." he said  "Just asked him for a loan, I'm sure he will help you." said Lucke   "First of all, it's going t to be done.  And dude second, there something wrong with this hotel.  I went to the sixth floor and found some people dead.  It stinks badly.  Something's wrong here." said Jake with fright in his eyes.  "Are you sure they were dead?" Harold asked   "What hell, I didn' t want you to hear that." said Jake  "Dude, if it's dangerous out there, I'm staying here." he replied.   "Dude you were drinking, maybe you imagine all this?' said Luke   "Well if you say so, but I know what I saw.  Go to the six floors, and you see that I'm not making this shit up." said Jake afraid.

Harold called the downstairs clerk, "Excuse me, can you call the police?" he asked  "What for sir?" the clerk asked "My friend took the steps up here, and he saw dead bodies in two of the rooms." he explained     "If your friend would have taken the elevator like he was informed, that would have never happened.  All the floors below you are dead farms.   The government's doctor is checking how long it takes certain bodies to decompose.  That's the elevator don't stop on the floor below sir." explained the clerk   "Are you telling me, we are the only ones alive in this hotel?" he asked  "Yes, you and your friends are the only fools that decide to stay overnight.  So, is there anything else?" he asked    "No," said Harold as he hung up the phone.
