Great. Another foster family that'll probably kick me out in the next six months. I though as I readjusted the reading glasses on my face. My attention turned back to the book in my hands. "Hamlet." A Shakespearean classic. My social worker kept going on and on about my new family.

"You know, I was friends with Bonnie in school." Suddenly I looked up. I thought that this was a gay couple. "He," oh so he has a girlish name. Makes sense, "went through a lot of shit when he was your age. He actually lost the ability to walk because of an old boyfriend."

"Hey, um, Mr. Farnsworth? What do you mean he lost his ability to walk because of an old boyfriend?" I leaned forward to poke my head out from the backseat.

"Haven't I told you? You can call me Mangle. But Bonnie's old boyfriend, thank god he's dead now, abused him. If it was for Foxy, Bonnie'd be dead." Mangle shrugged. "I don't think I might want to tell you any more because we're here and Bonnie doesn't like when I give out his past."

I glanced out the window. Sure enough we were at a quaint little house with purple trim. Outside a man with purple hair sat in a wheelchair, a man with red hair stood behind him and a kid with silver hair stood beside him. I got out with my two bags - the only possessions I own - and walked up to them.

"Hey Mang!" The man in the wheelchair waved to Mangle as he rounded the car before turning to look up at me. "Hey. I'm Bonnie." He held out and hand. I just looked at it and he laughed, reeling his hand back in but I could see the hurt in his eyes. "Hey Foxy," he glanced over his shoulder, "mind taking, um, Fredrick's things to his room?"

The red haired man moved forward to take my things before looking at me. "Is this all?"

"Yeah." I nodded and sighed.

"Hungry?" Bonnie asked, turning his wheelchair around to go into the house. I followed him as the silver haired boy brought up the rear. "Ennard! I thought I told you not to leave your action figures laying out!" He sighed while leaning over to pick up a Captain America action figure and hand it to the silver haired boy named Ennard.

"Sorry Dad." Ennard muttered, taking the toy. Bonnie pulled his purple hair out of his eyes before wheeling himself into the kitchen with me following. I noticed a bunch of boxes lying about.

"Sorry about the mess. We just moved out of the flat we were sharing with my brother since Ennard is getting to big. Hey, how's do you like you sandwiches? It's really all we got right now." Bonnie smiled caringly up at me as he sat a bunch of lunch meats and cheeses on the table.

"Oh, um." I could already tell in my gut that maybe, just maybe, I'll actually have a home instead of just a house. And a family too.
