This was requested by RubyScarlett17 and katia_kun. I agree, we definitely need more stories for this good boi. Btw, think Nero from the Devil May Cry series when I explain her quirk's physical features and abilities.

P.S. I don't know if its necessary, but I'm adding a trigger-warning for bullying. Just in case.

The whispers. Unnerving.

Pretending like you weren't there, only to attack your psyche viciously with taunting words when they specifically knew you were close enough to listen. Children are cruel, especially the ones with 'gifted' abilities. They'd spout nonsense, remorseless rumors, that for some reason everyone believed in wholeheartedly.

The disregard. Traumatic.

You were alone. No friends, unwelcoming adoptive parents, and teachers who would let the bullying continue. You'd try to strike up conversation, only to be met with sneering smiles or outright disgusted looks. You felt like the luckiest girl in the world when they would corner you behind the school and beat you senseless. Anything for acknowledgement and human contact.

The stares. Humiliating.

You were the only quirkless one in the entire school. You thought that going into middle school would be better, meeting new kids who you might have been able to relate with, and finally leaving behind the ones who ruined you in elementary school. But it was the same. Once your 'disability' was discovered, nobody would approach you. They would stare from afar, their eyes glaring at you like daggers, blaming you for something you couldn't control.

And then, at age 13, it happened. You were a late bloomer, but you got a quirk. Huh... And you thought you knew what 'hell-on-earth' meant before...

A villain. You were automatically labeled a villain by a society that chewed you up and spit you back out like it was nothing. You hadn't even committed any crimes or villainous acts, but that didn't matter to them. They judged based on appearances, and yours was a damned one. Literally.

It only manifested on your right arm, but it was enough. Long, clawed fingers glowing an eerie light blue, sharp enough to cut through metal with the barest of swipes, and strong enough to break bone with the most minimal of grasps. A tough armor of bright red scales coated up the entire length of your arm, absolutely impenetrable. Pulsing bright blue veins, the same color as your fingers and palm, ran up your arm, congregating mostly at the elbow and the backside of your hand. The veins at your elbow formed a 'point' like an arrowhead, blatantly obvious on the protruding part of the demonic arm.

The night you got it was just like any other. You were on your bed, body pajama-clad and trying to find rest, when an intense pain licked at the skin on your right arm. You screamed your vocal chords raw, the tears never ending as you watched your arm deform itself into something horrendous. That night was a sleepless one.

Your parents weren't home, and they wouldn't be back for months since they were on vacation. You didn't know what to do, but you still decided to go to school. Eventually, you grew excited. You had a quirk! You were finally normal! You didn't hide the grotesque arm, giddy at the prospect of showing it to your classmates... You regret that decision to this day.

The backlash was ghastly. You were instantly feared, even the teachers were calling for your immediate expulsion. Although the entire school wanted you gone, they couldn't do anything because of the law. As long as there was no proof that you had committed any heinous acts, then the school had no right to kick you out.

You were miserable. Your only solace was the comfort that came with getting stronger. Strength meant you could defend yourself, both physically and mentally. You used to be scared of your powers, but you mastered them easily. Even though your quirk was demonic in nature, and definitely fit for a villain, you would never use it for such purposes. You had already suffered enough, and there was no way you would use your powers to bring misery into the lives of others. You believed that nobody deserved such a fate, not even your tormenters.
