Chapter 4 reminder:
I think I know what I need to do now..

Today was the day...... I had to do whatever I decided was right!
I could either still stay with my boyfriend. Or break his heart and give Jungkook a chance...

Dad:
"Have you invited your boyfriend to the cook out?"
You:
"Yeah, he should be here any minute now.."
Jungkook:
"Who should be here any minute now?"
Dad's Fiancé:
"Y/N's boyfriend."
Jungkook:
"Soon to be e-"
Just as I knew what Jungkook was going to say, I stomped on his foot☺️
Jungkook groaned in pain and Dad's fiancé look at the two of us

Dad's Fiancé:
"What's wrong?"
Jungkook:
"I just bit my tongue and it kinda hurt so..."
Dad:
"Look who's here!!!"
I looked at the door and saw my boyfriend standing next to my dad.
I got up from my seat and walked over to my boyfriend and pulled him into a hug.
I could feel a stare burning my back...
I pulled away and as I glanced at Jungkook I saw him glaring down at the two of us..
Jungkook:
"So we meet again...."
My Boyfriend:
"How are you Jungkook?"
Jungkook:
"I'm doing just fine."
He continued to stare at my boyfriend and I just stood there feeling the tension.
I looked at my boyfriend and smiled
You:
"Are you h-"
Before I could finish my sentence I looked at the door way and saw Jungkook's mom and a girl?
Dad's Fiancé:
"Jungkook, you have a guest..."
I continued to stare at the girl then back at Jungkook.
What have I missed? Where did this girl come from?
Jungkook walks up to the girl and puts his arm round her.
Ummm what the hell happened to the shy Jungkook?
Jungkook:
"Guys, I would like you to meet my special friend Eunha"
Boi did he really just say special friend?
You:
"I'll be right back... I need to get something from the kitchen."

(IN THE KITCHEN)
Why was I so jealous of Jungkook bringing someone else?
In a way, he was helping me decide faster....
I walked over to the counter and grabbed the edge.
I felt jealousy rush through me as I began to replay Jungkook's words through my head.
"I would like you to meet my special friend...."
What did he mean by it?
Did they have something going on that I didn't know of?
Jungkook:
"Lost in your thoughts?"
You:
"What are you doing here?"
Jungkook:
"Ouch, someone isn't happy to see me..."
I rolled my eyes and walked over to the fridge pretending to get something.
You:
"Shouldn't you be with your special friend over there?"
Jungkook:
"She's hot.. Am I right?"
I cringed on a whole nother level as I heard those words leave his mouth.
I grabbed a water bottle and looked at Jungkook.
You:
"Sure, if she's your type...."
I was about to walk away but Jungkook stood in front of me blocking my way. I pushed over to the right and of course Jungkook followed.
You:
"Move."
Jungkook:
"Are you jealous?"
You:
"Why are you doing this?"
Jungkook:
"Doing what?"
You:
"You know exactly what you're doing...."
Jungkook just continued to stare at me. I tried to walk past him but again he stopped me.
You:
"Move.."
Jungkook:
"Are you going to break up with him today?"
I couldn't help but look at him and roll my eyes...
You:
"I was.... But you have a "special friend" you should probably attend to."
I finally got to walk past him but he grabbed my hand. Without even caring what he had to say, I moved my hand from his and left him there....
(YASSSS)

(BACKYARD)
I returned to my boyfriend and sat down with him.
I WAS going to give Jungkook a chance..... But what's the point? He clearly had someone on the side to run to.
I was so lost in my thoughts I didn't even notice my boyfriend talking to me.
Your boyfriend:
"Babe... You ok?"
I looked at him and smiled
You:
"I'm fine.."
I lied.... I wasn't fine at all.
I watched Jungkook walk back outside to his "friend"
Just ignore them and spend time with your boyfriend

(AFTER THE COOK OUT)
After eating with the family and my boyfriend, me and my boyfriend offered to wash the dishes...
I was in charged of the washing and my boyfriend was in charge of the drying.
I was so distracted washing the dishes I didn't realise my boyfriend staring at me.
Your boyfriend:
"Babe."
You:
"Yeah?"
Your boyfriend:
"I think you forgot a spot"
He says pointing at the plate in my hand and I looked at him comfused.
The next thing I know, he flicks water at me and my eyes widen 👀
I grabbed some water and began to do the same to him making both of us laugh. Eventually I glanced at the hall seeing Jungkook smiling down at the girl. I stopped laughing and looked back down at the dishes in my hands..
My boyfriend noticed my mood change and looked at me confused.
Your boyfriend:
"What's up?"
(A/N - The sky.. 😂😂😂)
You:
"What do you mean?"
Your boyfriend:
"You seem distracted every time we're together.. Or every time we're having fun, everything is fine till your smile just fades away."
I just started at the plate in front of me and I didn't say a word.
Your boyfriend:
"Did I do something wrong?"
You:
"No......"
Your boyfriend:
"Then what's wrong?"
Again I stayed quiet....
Your boyfriend:
"Is there someone else?"
Was I going to lie to him and say no?
Or was I going I tell him the truth..... Just not tell him who.
You:
"Possibly..."
Your boyfriend:
"May I know who he is?"
I shook my head and looked down. It was bad enough falling for Jungkook.

There was no way I could tell anyone I fell for my stepbrother.... It was just wrong..
Your boyfriend:
"So... what happens to us?"
I stopped the tap from running and looked at my boyfriend.
You:
"Well there's only one thing to do."
He started at me with disbelief but nodded as he understood what I meant.
Your EX boyfriend:
"Take good care of yourself  Y/N..."
He left without saying another word.
I couldn't help but have tears fall...
I wasn't hurt that I broke up with my boyfriend. I was hurt because I fell for someone who couldn't be mine anyway.... FML

I walked back outside and found my dad and his fiancé laughing and holding hands.. I glanced at Jungkook and found him and the girl still looking at each other and smiling. Then there was me... Single and ready to mingle.. 😂😂
Dad:
"Y/N where's your boyfriend?"
You:
"We... Kind of broke up.."
When I said those words I felt Jungkook's eyes on me.
My dad's fiancé got up, walked over to me and pulled me into a hug.
Your Dad's Fiance:
"I'm sorry to hear that"
You:
"I'm ok..."
Your dad's fiancé:
"Would you like to join us I'm a family game night tonight?"
You:
"I kind of just wanna be alone.. If you don't mind."
I would've joined, but if that meant I had to see Jungkook and that girl more... Then I wouldn't be able to smile the whole time.
Your dad's Fiance:
"That's perfectly fine..."
She said as she smiled
I nodded and went back up to my room without saying anything else.

(IN MY ROOM)
I lay on my bed and looking out the window at the moon.. I wanted to be anywhere else but there...
I was lost in my thoughts till I heard a knock on my door.
You:
"Come in......."
I continued to stare at the moon as I heard the door open and close.
???:
"Hey..."
I say up, looked at the door and saw Jungkook standing there looking at me.
You:
"What are you doing here?"
Jungkook:
"Did you really break up with your boyfriend?"
You:
"Yeah... But what difference does it make? You're already seeing someone."
Jungkook:
"Y/N.."
You:
"Look it's okay.."
Jungkook:
"Y/N."
You:
"She is prettier than me.."
Jungkook:
"Y/N"
You:
"She seems nice too"
Before I could say anything else Jungkook walks over to me and smashes his lips onto mine.

He pulled away and cupped my face with his hands...
Jungkook:
"You're the one I want...."
