Kaylee's POV
I stay there, on my bed. I think for a while. Retracing good memories with Ethan. And the best one yet.
*flashback*
I walk outside and see a rose. I pick it up, and taped to it was a note.
"Go to our favorite church chapel, there's a surprise. I love you so much baby, see you then.
-E 🖤"
I smile so big, as I race to my car.
I arrive at the chapel and see rose petals going up the stair case. I walk in and there's candles and flowers and fairylights everywhere. Then I see him. Ethan. Standing in a big heart made out of rose petals. I tear up, as I quickly walk over to him, hugging him. After we pull away he looks me in the eyes.
"Kaylee I've loved you since eighth grade. Just didn't have the guts to ask you out until freshman year of highschool. We made it all the way through the four years of highschool, and then the even more tough four years of college together. And I wouldn't change that for the world. You mean the world to me and I couldn't ask for anything else than to have you here with me, right now. I love everything about you. From The way you scrunch up your nose when you laugh, the way your eyes are deeper than any ocean, the way you care for everyone and everything so very much, the way you dance in the kitchen when baking, to the way your lips make me go crazy."
He knelt down on one knee"Baby I love you. Will you give me the honor of being the happiest man on earth, and marry me?"
He opened a ring box to reveal the most gorgeous diamond ring.
"Yes, yes of course" I say attacking him with hugs and kisses*End Of Flashback*
