No, I don't mean that it's too short. We'll get to something like that later. What I dislike is when it looks like this:
Insert name here got up to go to school. "Oh geez, I'm late!" She/he rushed to get out of bed. "Honey! You're late!" Their mom knocked on the door. "I know, mom!" They downed a glass of orange juice and got to the bus stop right on time. "Hey, insert name here! Wanna eat lunch with me today?" "Oh no, I forgot my lunch!" Insert name here said.
...And so on, all of it just being continuously one paragraph. I won't keep going, but yeah. I'm not saying that it makes a fanfiction bad. The entire thing could have a great plot, wonderful characters, a good ending. It's just makes it annoying to read! Most of the time when I see it's like that I just don't read it.
Just saying.
