Chapter 17

I've applied for collage without telling Justin, I felt kinda bad but I just thought I would tell him when I got the letter. It's been about a month so I was expecting a letter anytime soon.

I heard a ring at the door could that be the letter? I thought to myself. I ran to the door in excitement.

I opened the door and saw a little piece of paper sitting on the cold concrete. I squealing and grabbed it and ran inside.

I took a deep breath and started to open the envelope.

I start to tense up as I started to see the wording.

I pulled out the piece of paper and started to read.

Dear Bella,

We have accepted you into our collage, we have looked over all your grades and you are outstanding! Congratulations! Have a nice year!

Sincerely, Yale.

I screamed and jumped up and down and started to sing.

"I'm going to Yale! I'm going to Ya-" "Wait, I have to tell Justin!" I remembered that Justin was at the studio so I raced out to the car and forgot the keys, I ran back inside and ran back out.

Once I got to the studio I took a deep breath and walked in.

I got into the studio Justin was working in and walked in.

"Justin!" I screamed.

"Bella?" He said with a confused look on his face.

"Guess what! I got accepted into Yale!" I said excitedly. He looked hurt. It made me feel even worse.

"Wha what?"

"I'm leaving for collage!" I tried to make it as exciting as it could get. He walked out of the studio and pulled me into a tight hug. I started to cry in his arms and it was a sad moment.

"Love you..." He whispered into my hair.

"Love you to. " I bent down and grabbed my bags.

Looking at his gentle face made me sad to leave. I walked out of the house and started to cry. I didn't want to leave anymore but I knew that we would see each other again.

"Bye..." I mumbled as I backed out of the driveway.
